Razer Chroma integration not working correctly

I was able to link Vivaldi to Synapse, and I'm quite sure it should work since the keyboard and mouse changed color.
But I'm stuck at WHITE. No matter what website I go, color is stuck at white.
Anybody encountered this and has a fix?
Please help!

Recently updated to Synapse 2.21 and now Overwatch integration no longer works? I have Chroma apps enabled. Is this happening for anyone else?

Edit the active theme in settings via Editor, then enable Accent from Page, and optionally Accent on Window.
