Razer Chroma RGB

Hello I bought some Razer Nommo chroma 2.0 I already had a keyboard and development kit. Everything worked fine in games with chroma support, but now with the speakers I notice as if Nommo's LEDs didn't work properly. For example, when I run games that support it, both the keyboard and the kit change color, but the Nommo remain in a fixed color. The thing is, it doesn't happen in every game. It is normal? why does this happen? It is annoying that everything is synchronized, but the names do not change color when the rest of the peripherals in all the games that razer chroma supports. thanks

yeah so i have wallpaper engine and a new huntsman and the wallpaper looks sick but when i play a game razer chroma focuses the wallpaper and not the chroma supported game and i was wondering if there is any fix to getting the focus to work but if not can someone tell me how to replicate or get the chroma profile for this one particular wallpaper https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2183937834

I have only just purchased a Razer Chroma Addressable RGB Controller. I have had to buy one as I wanted to change various led devices to a certain colour pallet/configuration. My only gripe with this, but it is a real annoyance, the default lighting that changes from one color to another upon my pc closing down or starring up. The colours that pop up are terrible and the effect is extremely cheap looking. Is there anyway razor can either default the lights to simply off when closing down or starting up. Or if that is not possible simply using the razor green instead of sifting through a number of terrible colours until the program boots up? I hope someone is able to post a simple solution otherwise I may have to return the huh and simply go back to using a standard 5v 3pin lighting hub with IR Remote.  Granted all leds are one colour but they don't change to something different when turning the pc on or off

I use a Soundblaster AE-5 Plus sound card, Razer Basilisk V3 mouse and Asus ROG Strix Scope RX keyboard. The Razer Chroma RGB Equalizer effect works successfully with my system sounds, internet browser (Youtube etc.) and video sounds via K-Lite.However, when I listen to music via Wasapi or ASIO in AIMP, both Asus Aura Equalizer and Razer Chroma Equalizer effects do not work. I love that the keyboard and mouse give the RGB Equalizer effect while listening to music, but this does not work in exclusive mode. Is it possible to run the equalizer RGB effects of peripherals in WASAPI or ASIO mode?

So I was trying to get Makro Buttons to blink on press and stop when pressed again. I have seen 1 Issue with this and 1 Annoyance. My issue is that I cant get the effects to loop. they stop after going of once instead of looping after I press the selected key again. The thing that Im slightly anoyed by is that Both effects seem to be rather slow in starting up unlike in Synapse 2, were the effect started almost instant here there seems to be a delay. I set the wave effect to 50 speed and no pause. And the breathing has been set to fast. Both are on Start: selected keys and, End: Selected Keys.

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has figured out how long the Spectrum Cycling lighting profile takes to complete a full cycle. For example, precisely how long it takes for the color to go from red to red again. I recently downloaded the Razer backgrounds from Wallpaper Engine and want to try and sync the two up. Hello guys, i tried a lot but now im stuck. i bind on "FN+Page UP" mic mute. so i can mute my mic (wow :D). i prefer this for discord and not the hotkey setting in discord (with the hotkey i have an other issue. explan it later). with this mic mute action i would like to change my keyboard from Wave rgb (standard profil) to red (wave, rad,... the effect isn't important). I already have a mute profile with red wave but i can't bind 2 actions (mute mic and switch profil) on one key. for themselves the profil switch or mic mute/unmute works. is there any solution? short: my wish is: if i press "page up" my mic gets muted and my lighting switchs from rgb wave to red. and back. and my problem with the discord hotkey: i bind on "Page up" switch profil to mute. on profil mute i let them switch back to profil standard (rgb wave). This works well. also the hotkey on discord works well to mute the mic; WITHOUT the binding on my keybord for the profil switch. if i combine the two variants (cha

After updating Windows 10 with the 2004 (May 2020) update, the refresh rate on Chroma devices seem to have been reduced to about 4 FPS. Seems to affect Chroma-enabled games and applications. Chroma Studio animations do not seem to be affected, though. I've tried a clean reinstall of Synapse 3, with the same results. Tested with a Cynosa keyboard on Overwatch, Mechwarrior 5 and EliteChroma (a .NET app to add effects to Elite:Dangerous). The most recent Synapse 3 Update killed the "advanced effects" on my Chroma HDK. The RGB strips no longer lights up in any of my profiles, although it still shows to be lit under Studio. However the Quick Effects setting still works. Anybody having the same issue?

I bought a Razer Tartarus Pro (optical switches) and I created multiple keymap layers and chroma profiles via Synapse 3 to simplify my Adobe Illustrator shortcuts. My goal is to apply different colors to each of the 3 layers (Green, Yellow, and Purple) so I can easily recognize the keymap layer upon switching. Each of the 3 keymaps work fine and I'm able to confirm the switching works fine after each button press. However, the chroma lighting profiles do not change upon toggling between the 3 keymaps. I expected to see the Green, Yellow and Purple colors shift upon toggling each layered keymap. Hi purchased some nanoleaf panels with the impression they would work with razer as nanoleaf have videos showing support and razer have a pairing tool. Once paired with my pc my chroma devices freeze and dont change colour and the panels dont react at all! Anyone had any luck getting this working thanks.

Ich würde gerne den "Kräusel"-Effekt auf meine Leer-und Entertaste anwenden, aber so dass wenn ich diese drücke der "Kräusel"-Effekt über die ganze Tastatur verläuft. ABER ich möchte nicht, dass der Effekt startet, wenn ich auf andere Tasten als Leer-und Entertaste drücke. Ist das möglich und wenn ja, könnte mir jemand sagen wie?

Hi, this is my first post here, please be gentle. So the plan is this: Buy a MSI Motherboard that has two 5V ARGB headers (like MSI MPG B550 Gaming Carbon WIFI for example), sync it with Razer Synapse so i can control the two motherboard ARGB headers via Chroma Studio. Question is: Will Chroma studio allow me to control these two ARGB headers individually or will i only be able to see one "MSI device", so both headers can only be controlled at once? If i will be able to control them individually, will i be able to detect/change the number of LEDs per header? (Like it is possible for the six headers of the Razer Chroma addressable RGB controller.) If i will not be able to control them individually, is there any other way to detect/change the number of LEDs per header? (I have not used MSI Mystic Light before, only have experimented with ASUS Aura so far) So maybe some of you own an MSI Motherboard with two 5V ARGB headers and can tell me what is possible and what is not. It had been almost 3 years ago that I have posted that thread and finished working on that project. However, I have came here today with another project named pyrgbdev. As you might have expected, this is a Python library that controls RGB devices easily. Personally, I had lots of difficulties with Razer Chroma SDK 3 years ago, and I would like to provide a bit of help to those who are looking into Razer Chroma SDK for their future projects with a Python library. As some might know, there 'is' a Official python library by official Razer (*omitted link), which they abandoned. Razer Chroma SDK supports REST API however they lack lots of features compared to C++ library. Thus I built this python library using cython so that it can use C++ library functions in python. Hi can somebody help? I have a razer blackwidow elite and its working fine except that seven of the keys permanently have the white led lit (even when all the other rgb is off). The faulty keys still light up "correctly" when they should but you can still see the white light "underneath" if that makes sense. I've played around with synapse but nothing seems to change the 7 faulty keys. I saw a youtube vid where a similar thing was happening just on the numpad which was solved with a firmware update but with my keyboard its 7 random keys across the board and I can't get it to accept a firmware update anyway. Anyone else had this/know anything about it? I'm new to razer. Cheers

I just checked out this feature and I love it. I mapped my macro keys on my Blackwidow Chroma v2 as a vertical audio visualiser using it, although there are certain things I'd really like: 1. Select the audio device [INDENT]Even if this isn't per-key (just one device for any preset), it would still be incredibly useful for people who use multiple sound outputs or software like Voicemeeter[/INDENT] 2. Select Input devices [INDENT]Being able to link this to my microphone input would probably make this one of my favourite things about chroma. Having an audio meter monitoring mic levels would not only look incredibly cool, but be genuinely useful for people like me who adjust their mic volume and need to make sure it's at a good level [/INDENT] Overall this feature is definitely awesome, but it's also definitely not perfect, but these improvements would absolutely bring it to the next level.

Hi, I´m sure if this is the place, but I´ve been having some troubles to use the chroma SDK in Overwatch. It works with other games like Atlas Reactor, but not this one. I already tried instaling everything again but nothing. I already checked and I have the latest vertions intalled. I have a Razer Tartarus, Can someone help me? thanks in advance

I have seen there have been some issues with users getting MSI mystic light and synapse working together. Well after some hours of digging around I found a solution. You need to download MSI Mystic light version 3.0.0.50 https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/support/GeForce-RTX-2080-GAMING-X-TRIO#down-driver&Win10%2064 I am still playing around with it but it works with the B450 Max boards so far. It does not seem to be working with the MSI video card though but I will take the MB. Tomorrow I will be hooking up some strips to the baord to see if they work as well. Stay tuned.

i've been getting into the chroma RGB customization for world of warcraft, and i gotta say the synapse studio UI is brilliant my one suggestion is it would be fantastic to have specific effect duration timing for example, a spell could have a 1 minute cooldown, if you assigned that key to light up again after 1 minute, that would be so amazing another example, if you have a buff that lasts 30 minutes, you could set one of the keys as a "timer key" to go dim when the buff runs out it would also be great if you could tie such key-based timers to another non-keyboard peripheral, such as the Razer Nommo Chroma LEDs (and even more so if each speaker could have its own timer), or the Chroma Base Station\\Firefly v2 what does everyone else think? do you like this suggestion!?
