Guys im looking to switch to linux will i have issues with synapse or chroma?

Hello,I’m using Razer Synapse 4.0.86 and Razer Chroma 4.0.63. I have Deathadder V2, Firefly V2 and Ornata Chroma. I have a strange (and annoying) behaviour, every time the system reboots automatically (for example to apply Windows Update patches, after a blue screen, ecc….) the Chroma lights on every Razer device are off before the login. After I login to the machine, the lights turn on after a while when the user profile starts loading. This does not happen if I manually reboot the system, the lights are on even before the login.Anyone else with the same issue ?It seems something is not restored correctly before the user log in.

Hello, my friends! Has anyone come across the Razer Chroma app not launching? I have a Razer Blade 16.It always loaded, there were no problems. Just a week or two ago, such a problem appeared.

After update to Synapse 4, Blackwidow Elite Media Keys RGB are not fully light up. When I exit from Synapse, media keys RGB are fully light up again.  Synapse 4 Active: Synapse 4 disabled:  Please help.

As you can see when i select one zone on the left headphone the right one lights up as well. I wanted to make side pink and one green, is there a way to separate these zones for each side? I tried streamer companion but my headphones aren’t showing up in the software even though i have chroma connect and razer synapse 4.

Hello Razer Team,I really enjoy your products and the overall experience they provide.There is one feature that could be improved: when holding the FN (Hypershift) key, the keyboard only lights up the default Hypershift keys. It would greatly enhance the user experience if the lighting could also highlight the custom Hypershift keys that the user has assigned.Right now, the inability to see custom Hypershift keys in the lighting layout reduces the overall enjoyment of this feature. Adding this option would create a more seamless and satisfying experience for users.Thank you for considering this suggestion! i use razer synapse 3 and 4 and razer chroma app 

Hello, as the title says, since I updated from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4, the Chroma Stuido dedicated app seems to not be working for my Basilisk v3 mouse.As you can see, when I set up an effect (here red static), first off, the chroma studio preview does not show any color on the device, and on the physical device, no RGB at all.It is well set in the synapse app as well. And even with the “Fast effects” (idk if its translated well), nothing happens on my RGB mouse.I can put any effect with any color, nothing happens, the RGB of the mouse remains turned off, same in the chroma studio preview. Maybe I’m missing an option I need to check, or I’m wrongly configuring the effect, I configured my effects a long time ago on the synapse 3.Is there anyone who has this problem ? any solutions ?Thanks in advance for your help !

after installing Zeeray, chrome connect and chrome studio nothing happens and the xiaomi smart lightstrip pro does not appear.

Hello ! I recently got the Razer Krakent Kitty V2, before that i had the V1 and i had 2 different colors, one on each ears. I tried to do the same thing one the new headset but can’t do anything with the Razer Chroma App… I want my 2 colored ears back.Can someone help me ? Hi, Is there a way that when you lock your computer (or reboot), our razer chroma devices remember the setting and not go into rainbow spectrum? If not, it’s a problem, every other company like Corsair have an onboard memory for these situations. I would just like that it remembers the color profile and leave it alone. Thanks

Hello, I have a problem with Chroma Connect - the tab does not ever show anything.I would very much appreciate any ideas how to resolve it, if anyone encountered it and solved successfully. While Chroma App is installed, I also get (sometimes) an error: This error always happens multiple times during re-installation of Chroma Connect module, which can be triggered by uninstalling it with:C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\ChromaBroadcast\Razer_Chroma_Connect_SDK_Uninstaller.exeand opening Chroma App’s dashboard.The module installs successfully, but does not work, just like before. Logs do not show anything interesting. I have a Biostar B550 MXC PRO motherboard that came with the MAX model of AVGPC, and I want to upgrade to T-Force Delta DDR4, those comes with RGB and since my computer came with VividLEDDJ that as you can see is compatible with RAZER. So I wonder if I can also control or at least the RAM sticks will sync with the effect I choose in RAZER Chroma, through RAZER Connect. Thanks you in advance. 

Does anyone know a fix for this? I was expect it would have been fixed in an update, but it seems not.Usually when copying an effect from one device I would use Selector, then Paint Bucket. This worked fine in previous versions of Chroma / Synapse.In Chroma App 4, when I click on Paint Bucket the Selector-clicked effect is lost and it resets to the default effect.However this does not seem to happen with the Pen, and after experimenting, as a workaround I can switch from Selector to Pen and then Paint Bucket and it seems to retain the effect, it’s only when going from Selector to Paint Bucket it seems to be lost.

Yesterday I spilled a bit of beer at my keyboard (razer blackwidow) and the thing is that numpad’s rgb is working fine just as arrow keys and 2 rows. I don’t know how half of the keyboards rgb just stopped working

I want to have a way to connect my Razer chroma setup with my pc fan lights. I have a gigabyte b450m ds3h WiFi motherboard.

I have had this problem for a while, and it hasn't been bugging me at all until started changing the effect from spectrum cycling to toner ones like starlight and wave, and the only way for it to work is by opening the app, which wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take so long and a lot of system resources

I am having trouble getting the marvel rivals chroma app listed here https://www.razer.com/chroma-workshop#--games--look--bmV0ZWFzZS9tYXJ2ZWwlMjByaXZhbHM_-_ to show up. i have launched the game several times but it does not work. additionally,  it is already listed on the workshop, but elsewhere i see that it is supposed to come out on april 18.is the marvel rivals chroma profile currently available, or will it be available later? additionally, if it is currently available, what steps should i take to try to make it work?

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the ornata v3 keyboard.On Razer Chroma when I select the "columns" to set the colors everything is wrong.The first column remains off (as shown in the photo) and the other columns do not correspond to those selected.Ex: if I select the first "column" the second one lights up, as for the others.. if I select the number keys the keyboard in the middle lights up...How can I fix this ridiculous bug?Thanks to whoever will answer. 

Tonight, 03/26/25, the Chroma Generate effect just stopped working, all other effects are working correctly.I rebooted the system, reinstalled the program, the latest firmware for Razer Huntsman TE TKL, tried to take a different image, different formats, video, gif - nothing works.

Blackwidow V4 Pro keyboard and Synapse 4 installed.Chroma supported games page says there’re different type of effects, but my keyboard only switches to red and stays red all the time. Any ideas?

Hi all,I am a Razer keyboard, mouse, mouse pad user, all of them have chroma support, I also have a Philips light strip hue gradient for my monitor. I cannot determine the capture areas of the LED strip in the Philips application, the software captures colors from certain areas according to its own mind, but I can specify the area I want it to capture in the Razer application.My problem starts exactly here, Razer is color capture does not give vibrant colors and the ambient colors are constantly flickering, it bothers the eyes even if I set the sharpness setting to the last setting.In Philips' own software, the colors are quite vibrant, very soft transitions are never disturbing even at 100% light and the sharpest setting, but the Philips software does not allow me to select a region. From here, I call out to the Razer software team, correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think I am wrong, so please revise this ambient mode and release the corrected version. I recently got a new set up and on Synapse 3 terraria chroma worked great. Now with Synapse 4 and the separate chroma app. It is now gone. Checked the website and its not listed anymore. How can I fix this or is it just razer now made it no longer compatible?
