Razer Chroma RGB

Before a new update, my lancehead te would light up to fortnite (For example, turn purple when I go into the storm.) Now, they just use my default profile. How do you fix this?

Seeking help from Chroma wizards - I'm trying to make it so that when I press the number lock key (so when it's turned off), the whole number pad turns off with it. I've got it to work on just the number lock key but can't seem to get it to work on the whole number pad as when I try, they all turn on/off with every number that's pressed, I only want it to activate when NUM is pressed. I'm hoping there's a way.

Hey! So i got a Razer Ornata Chroma and a MSI Tomahawk b450 board and i am trying to sync up the LEDS but cant get it to work. Have the newest software and newest BIOS. Synapse shows Mystic Light next to my keyboard and they breathe in sync at least in the software, but my Mainboard light and hooked up Water cooler don't react at all. Can anybody tell me how to work this out or if the board is even 100% compatible? Greeting and cheers, Kevin

Hello friends! I'm hoping someone here can help with this issue I'm having. I recently put together my first PC (everything important is running fine) and I cant seem to control the RGB on my T-Force RAM sticks. They show to be compatible with chroma but I cant get them to connect. I do have an ASUS mobo so I'm not sure if that's what's causing the issue or not. Does the Mobo have to be compatible with Chroma in order for the rest of the setup to work or is there some sort of bypass around this? Any help is appreciated!

As the title says. I see all over that Thermaltake RGB Plus is advertised to sync with Chroma, but I see no option to do so and there's no instructions. Anyone know how to do this?

Is there a way have a profile to automatically switch when ever you launch a game that does not have build in Chroma lighting? ( a Profile i made in studio)

Hey, Iam trying to design my Keyboard for the complex Sci-Fi MMO EVE online, there are a LOT of buttons to remember, with a lot of modifier keys, like pressing D is something completely different than pressing Alt+D. So I would like to really design a nice Color-Framework for the game. But Iam struggeling to find solution for lighting up keys in a diffrent color when you hit for example a in-Game modifier key. For example I want to have my Keyboard mostly Blue, but when I press (AND HOLD!) ALT, I would like to get most of the board dark and only light up like A, C and B. Or simply change colors of those Key. Unfortently I only found a solution to change the color of the exact key Iam pressing, not changeing colors of different keys... I assume there must be a way to achieve this, but I couldnt figure it out. Thanks in advance and best wishes! :)

Hello, I have two Razer peripherals, Deathadder mouse and Ornata Chroma keyboard. I configured both peripherals with Spectrum Cycles chroma settings, checking the "Switch off all lightning when display is turned off" and setting computer idle after 10 minutes. This worked fine till last week, but now I have a wierd behaviour. When the computer goes idle (waiting the idle timer or locking the PC) the keyboard and the mouse correctly switch off (and the monitor turns off), but after a while, without any kind of external input, the Deathadder returns on and remains enlightened forever (while keyboard and monitor are still off). I can also add that normally mouse and keyboard spectrum is syncronous but as soon as I lock the PC (CTRL+ALT+CANC) they start to be asyncrounous (that is they show different color cycles) and return syncronous only when the PC is unlocked, and the same happens when the PC exits from idle and the other peripherals turns on (keyboard and monitor). Hello, I have over a grand worth of Corsair RGB hardware products as well as RGB hardware from Asus, Aorus, NZXT, G.SKILL and Lian-Li and - it ALL syncs up via Corsair iCue. With 8x120mm QL RGB fans, 1x140mm QL RGB Fan, 5x120mm ML RGB Pro Fans, 1 Commander Pro RGB Fan Hub, 2xLighting Node Core, 1xLighting Node Pro with LED Node Core, 1xLS100 Defused RGB LED Kit w/ 1x450mm LS100 Extension kit - I want it all to sync WITH iCUE. Hello, I configure my RGB and my fans (Corsair LL series 120 RGB) don't sync with the rest. They don't appear in synapse. They are in Icue but i don't find a way to sync with the others components. Do you have some ideas? In Synapse 2, I was able to set my color scheme to appear as static green for all devices when the computer is locked. In Synapse 3 I can't figure out how to set the keyboard to go to anything but Spectrum Cycle when I lock the screen. I bought a Razer Black Widow Elite for gaming, which will not work in Synapse 2.0 so, I am stuck with the default "spectrum cycle" whenever I lock my screen. I cant figure out how to set even a basic static color to use as the default setting. I have combed the forums (an internet) for any way to do this, and everything I read explains how to achieve this functionality using Synapse 2, which does not work in Synapse 3. I have even gone as far to look for a firmware update to set the default to anything but spectrum cycling. I was lead to believe that the on-board memory in the BWE could store lighting profiles, which you could cycle through using FN + another key (the one with the square and 3 lines). To solve this you must reset your keyboard, for that unplug your keyboard off the usb port and press and hold "Esc" + "Caps lock" + "Spacebar" for a few seconds, plug it back in while holding, a green wavy-like effect should appear, unplug it again and repeat the steps, your keyboard should be working fine now. If it still dont work, one thing that worked for me was to go on Synapse and change my key lightning to all white for 30 secs, then spam "fn" + "O" then i unplugged my keyboard, plugged it back in and it was working as new again. Also make sure you have your synapse up-to-date, that might also cause problems too.

As you can see when i select one zone on the left headphone the right one lights up as well. I wanted to make side pink and one green, is there a way to separate these zones for each side? I tried streamer companion but my headphones aren’t showing up in the software even though i have chroma connect and razer synapse 4.

Anytime, when I lock my Windows, the lighting don't work which I configured in Synapse. The hardware shows the default rainbow lightning. What is the reason? Doesn't support Razer that?

Hi, Is there a way that when you lock your computer (or reboot), our razer chroma devices remember the setting and not go into rainbow spectrum? If not, it’s a problem, every other company like Corsair have an onboard memory for these situations. I would just like that it remembers the color profile and leave it alone. Thanks

Hello everyone, I have a question. Is it possible to keep synapse loaded when I lock my pc. This means that it keeps my macros and lightning profiles loaded all the time. Because everytime I lock my pc, everything goes back to spectrum cycling. When I unlock my pc, then everythings comes back.. Im running the latest version of synapse 3

so my razer blackwidow V2 does not show up at the chroma studio on my synapse 3 the only thing that show up is my razer mamba wireless 2018 edition i cant edit my keyboard now idk why please help with my problem thanks a lot this is what happening i cant find my keyboard layout anywhere please help me thanks (they detect my keyboard just fine btw)

I recently purchased the Razer BlackWidow 2019 keyboard and was looking to customize the RGB lighting through the Synapse software. However, when attempting to download Synapse, the Razer download screen remained on my desktop for an extended period of time without any progress. While it appeared in my task manager, the download failed to open or complete. I am unsure of how to proceed. Can you suggest any solutions or troubleshooting steps?

Folks, Does anyone know of a way to apply a "Toggle" effect to individual keys on a Chroma keyboard? For example: I want the "INS" button to start green then shift to red after I press it then back to green if I press it again. Its really weird there is no "Toggle" effect in Chroma Studio. Try out the software by clicking here The color co-ordination of R Λ Z Ξ R Green as follows~~~ Red: 68 Green: 214 Blue: 44 After applying the color co-ordination on my Corsair iCUE to apply R Λ Z Ξ R Green on my battlestation, the expectation is not what I expected. Compared my digital lighting on battlestation to Kraken TE Outcome lighting: RGB lighting diodes need more engineering work~~~ Eventually found a color co-ordinate that show similar comparison. Try out your color co-ordination and display your R Λ Z Ξ R color.

I recently did a big computer upgrade, and got this case as part of it. It feature rpg lighting with a Razer Synapse control unit. Now, when I'm logged in, I can set the colors to what I wish. But, when I lock my machine, it switches to "spectrum cycling". This is very fustrating as this is not what I'm after. I use quick effects as that's meant to save to the device profile, but that doesn't seem to be happening in this case. And one odd thing I've noted is the switch off lighting option when the displays turn off does work. How do I get it set up so It uses the correct quick effect at all times?

I would like to create a key binding in chroma studio. For me to know when my mic is mute so it's shows red when I press it, and it shows green when it's on. This is what I wanted. I've tried adding playback end after pressing it, but it doesn't matter what key I press.

I have a profile setup for my Orbweaver in Synapse 2 and I use the upper thumb button to switch to keymap 2 for extra keys. Can I make the colors of the keys change when I switch keymaps? Right now I have the keys set in different colors depending on what they do. Attack keys are red, heal is blue and other colors for other things. Would love to switch those colors when changing keymaps. Thank you
