Hello.So i recently downloaded razer cortex. It took me a while to finally make an account for it. In the time i got some play time for games. When i logged in i noticed that it gets rid of my play time from my guest account. I was wondering is there a way to transfer this data or do i lose my play time?

I was trying to change my valorant digital vibrance on razer cortex but it said “This option is not available for your graphics card.” is this going to change anytime soon?.I saw some other peoples complains about this topic but it seems nothing changed in a year.

I've been using Razer for a long time, and not so long ago I installed this Razer Cortex program, but I don't know how to use it properly. How do I get rewards?

Razer Cortex has had a significant impact on my computer's performance. I have observed that when I am not using Razer Cortex, my frames per second (FPS) is consistently at 60. However, when Razer Cortex is running in the background, my FPS drops to 20-30. I am curious if anyone has any insights as to why this is happening.

This is quit simple, I optimized my computer, cortex fuc**up somewhere with my ram and now I can’t boot my pc, it also boot with cortex settings, witch men’s that I can’t boot my pc, and even I it does, I can barely play, and go on the web before it crash, otherwise I can’t open cortex to restore my optimisation settings because every time I try it blue screen my pc, and I know that even If I uninstall cortex the settings would still be up and still make bsod

What's the best recommended game or way to earn razer silver on razer cortex?

I have been having this issue where my game would minimize unexpectedly in the middle of a fight in Counter Strike or in Grand Theft Auto: Five. I have been trying to find a fix for about a week and I turned off Auto-Boost which immediately fixed the problem. I’m not sure exactly which process/service it could be that causes the games to minimize but this is the solution that worked for me. I hope this works for anyone else having this problem as well.

I've just ran into an issue with my razer cortex app. Ever since I updated it every time I press "alt + r" it ends up bring up a stupid performance overlay. Now that wouldn't be a problem normally but when I'm playing league I end up using those buttons to quick cast an ability on myself. However now every time I do it the stupid overlay comes up and my FPS drops like mad. Is there any way to change the key binds for this? I've searched high and low for a way to change it but I couldn't seem to find one.

Hello, as the title says, I am unable to open/start Razer Cortex. I can boost the games but when I click on Razer Cortex, in the tab for a second the icon appears and then dissapears.I tried restarting my computer, deleting all the files and downloading Razer as new, opening it as administrator, I tried turning of all razer apps through Task Manager and tried repairing it. Nothing worked. I know others had this issue aswell because I saw a lot of tutorials on how to fix this but none worked.If you can, please help me! Hello. I would like to ask why I have been using Razer Cortex to adjust the digital vibrance of valorant without any problem, but one day I found that my computer did not turn on the valorant and the color was not automatically adjusted back, according to the theory that if my valorant is off, the digital vibrance in razer cortex will not start, but now I did not start the valorant but just turn on the computer, it is already using the adjusted digital vibrance. But now I didn't start the valorant, I just turned on the computer, and I was already using the digital vibrance that was adjusted.

I only own a razer basilisk v3 mouse but I use other razer feature like razer cortex to boost my laptop to play some demanding games. However after running cortex once my laptop refuses to accept the windows + shift + s shortcut for taking a screenshot. If I want to use the shortcut for the screenshot I would either have to restart my laptop again just to take screenshot or use the snipping tool which isn't convenient either. Is there an option in cortex where I can enable the shortcut keys to work?

Launcher > Platforms > Steam > ConnectConnect button does nothing. Unable to connect platform to my Cortex.Same case with Wishlist.Clicking on the icon for Steam brings up the window but the area to paste the URL of my steam profile is greyed out and cannot be interacted with.I am unable to sync my steam games to my Razor Cortex app because of these issues.Is there any way to fix this?

Just downloaded razor cortex on my android 11 phone and it say’s Unsecured Device. I have never rooted or emulated or cloned it because its straight up from playstore. Was this problem solved? Because I can’t seem to find a solution for this one.

I can’t connect mw2 with cortex, I have mw2 in battle.net application, got the launcher in the files, when i set path it does nothing.

The website said that I can earn silver through the daily loot just by simply logging in to Cortex but I've been logging into it for days and I still don't receive any silver other than playing games under the Play To Earn.

The application does not let me optimize minecraft. I have made sure that both applications are on the latest version.
