Hi. #1 After an recent update of Razer cortex, the hours played for each game have been reset Image: https://imgur.com/fmn5GLV I have found a thread that explain how to manually edit hours played : Razer Insider | Forum - Razer Cortex Playtime bug? But the file that it say to edit has not been used for one year by Razer cortex. And changing it do nothing. I have a screen of Razer cortex from before the reset so knowing how to manually change it would help me. #2 Also, I linked my steam account in Razer cortex, and it updated the hours for the game from steam in Razer :) image: https://imgur.com/86hxhf3 But my issues is that it didn't update for the game that i have already played since the update, so FFXIV is still at 14h but on steam it is at 421h Image: https://imgur.com/E4F2k0d Manually changing the hours would help me here also

I Think Cortex Need To Be Add In Linux Because Some People Like Me Want The Rewards Function When You Play Games And You Get Some Silvers From That. Or You Already Make An Alternative For That?

I am very wondering how this works, and super new at this. How do I join in? Do I just play a certain game that supports, if so than how do i know i am already in? Can someone help me please?

When I saw Roblox has now Booster Prime I was optimizing in Cortex with my own settings while this message popped up : "We're unable to optimize your settings as your game might be still running and/or its settings file is in read-only. Please Exit the Game and/or change the file's attribute, and try again." I wasn't on Roblox, I closed the website but it still didn't work and I had no idea which was Roblox's attributes. Can somebody help me about that?

Ever since I installed Razer Cortex I have had zero access to Nvidia Control Panel as well as my Nvidia Geforce Experience, right click and control panel doesn't even show in the list of options. When I try to open Geforce Experience I am met with an Error stating I need to reboot my PC and try again. No matter how many times I reboot I get the same error. When I go to Start and type Nvidia Control Panel to make it run manually nothing happens. Normally when I check my Task Manager there are a half dozen instances of something to do with Nvidia running. now there are none. What can be done to resolve this issue aside from uninstalling this program that has hijacked all control of gaming options from my pc?

I had downloaded and used Razer Cortex for making the colors in Valorant more vibrant and everything was fine. After a week I had stopped using it because it dropped my frames. A couple days ago I tried to use it again but than after I closed the app the changes stayed and the colors on my monitor were more contrasted and I don't know what to do to revert it back to normal. I uninstalled the app and restarted my pc several times and nothing changed. I also re-downloaded the application to see if maybe there was an option on it but I couldn't find anything. Now my pc is just super contrasted and it makes it annoying to use because everything is so bright. Please help me.

HelloMy name is Krzysztof and a few days ago I downloaded Razer Cortex.When connecting the platforms, I noticed that there was no integration with the epic games store and xbox platforms and they were visible in the tiles below the integration. Here's my main question: is this an oversight, maybe something isn't working with this integration, or does Razer Cortex not yet support integration with Epic games store and xbox? Moreover, when I try to connect my Origin account and, for some time now, EA app, I keep receiving a message about the failed attempt. As a computer layman, I can only guess that the integration may be outdated.I would be extremely grateful if someone more familiar with the topic from the community or support staff could provide me with detailed information about these 2 questions.Best regards,Krzysztof

I recently downloaded RAZER CORTEX so that I can my my modern warfare games more vibrant and after I used it for about 2 hours, I wasn't satisfied with the result. After I Uninstaller the application, The changes stayed and my colors on my monitor are off. These changes are applying to all of my games and I don't like it. I was wonder if there is anything you can do to help. I also tried to reinstall it and revert the brightness,hue,contrast and the other things and save,but the changes didn't want to go away they just stayed. I really need somebody's help.

I have a 3060ti and ryzen 5 3600 and it says that I cant use Booster Prime as my requirements to optimisation are to low? I don't really get this if someone could explain thank you but why is this happening to me? is it my system? is it how it peforms? I have a great cpu and gpu so is this for lower end pc's? please help me..

Hey, I have Razer Cortex along with Minecraft. I usually play Minecraft using this client called Lunar Client. It seems as though I can't get Razer Cortex to detect Lunar Client when using it even though it is still Minecraft. I've tried this by trying to add another game that Razer Cortex can detect but Lunar Client doesn't show. If it did show, it would only work for the launcher and not the actual open game. Is there any way I can make it so it detects it? Thanks!

Hi,I’m using Razer Cortex as a default option for my PC. However, with the latest Starfield release I found that Cortex is detrimental to entire game. With Cortex up and running the game performance is <30FPS and more importantly most of the UI elements are not actually drawn.The moment I quit Cortex and restart the game it runs smoothly with 60+ FPS.Let me know if there are any logs or anything to share to investigate?

I'm using razer cortex 10's in game overlay. It works some games like League of Legends but won't work some other games like Hood, GTA V, ext. (Games in windowed fullscreen.)

so i am trying to use booster prime and it keeps saying my rig is not supported i have fairly decent rig how come it is not supported

Basically title. I can’t seem to get Razer Cortex to show my FPS in games like Roblox. I have already found a solution which is literally go to another user that is the admin (Thanks, Mediamarkt for bloating it and already setting it up even tho i wanted to) and get Roblox from there, but that’s really about it… Do I need to run the game on my normal user through fullscreen? PLS help!!

I only own a razer basilisk v3 mouse but I use other razer feature like razer cortex to boost my laptop to play some demanding games. However after running cortex once my laptop refuses to accept the windows + shift + s shortcut for taking a screenshot. If I want to use the shortcut for the screenshot I would either have to restart my laptop again just to take screenshot or use the snipping tool which isn't convenient either. Is there an option in cortex where I can enable the shortcut keys to work?

I was wondering, is it possible to delete games from the my library section as I have some things there I do not need like two versions of Minecraft and Microsoft solitaire

None of the games installed on Epic Games are showing up on Razer Cortex. In fact it says that “Epic Games (not installed)” but clearly it is. If I manually install the games it works but it cannot detect them by itself. Anyone found a solution to this?
