Hi all, I bought myself a 15.6 Razer tactical backpack (non pro) and realized it does not come with the velcro patches and was wondering if they even come with these patches. If they don't come with these patches is there a site where I can buy them? Other than the missing patches I think it's a great backpack with a lot of storage. Thank you.

Hello! The default lighting on this charging pad when plugged into the wall goes from purple to red. Is there a way for me to change it so that i goes from red to purple? take it apart and rearrange the LEDs perhaps? But then that would change how it syncs with my other Razer gear when plugged in to my PC.

It appears that I have installed the Razer Shark v2 and I did not do it.

Is there is solution for fixing the LED BASE FLICKERING problem?? it's really frustrating. I just noticed it happening when I set the static to red? That's what I've noticed so far, a software issue maybe?

When I plug in my Wireless dongle into the PC, the PC connects it, dissconects it, in a cycle until it isn’t registered anymore by the PC,  this happens on my PS4 too. But when I plug the USB C straight into my switch, it works fine. At first I thought it was an adapter issue, so got new USB C to USB A adapter, but that changed nothing. I’ve updated all the firmware and re-paired the dongle and Headset, and it still does the not connecting issue.Also, sometimes it connects until audio plays through it’ll be connected, and I join a call or Listen to some music and Bam, it doesn’t connect again.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought my laptop wouldn't need the power cord when using the X chroma? I have to have my power cord connected to the laptop as well as my thunder bolt cord to use the EGPU. Otherwise it says not enough power… Wasn't the X chroma supposed to supply my laptop with power through the thunderbolt cable? I have a blade 16 with the 240 OLED 14900 and 4070. X chroma has a ASUS Tuff 3070 in it. Thanks, 

Hello, i was moved from HS65 from Corsair to Razer Barracuda X (BLACK EDITION) 2022 after an defect headband from Corsair. When i plugged my dongle and install Razer software like 7.1 and THX, all other peripherals was crashing for not explainations and Windows himself pop-up in events system the Win32K has warning each time. My peripherals reboot in every 30 minutes for no reason. Someone have encounter the issue before and if yes, please tell your experience and if you found an fix or temporary fix to share it.  Im using Windows 11 22h2 with a build over full AMD Setup. Your experience you share could help me to find some tracks and maybe help others. Soo thanks!

Hello! Today I received my new Hammerhead Pro v2 headphones and I am struggling with registration of them on Razer website. When I am putting the serial number of my product in the registration then the info comes out " Error:Item Serial Number Is Unknown". Also i tried different variances of serial number with "0" and "O" but it still don't work. Any help appreciated.

just got my Razer Iskur about a week ago and I love the look of the chair, love the lumbar support, love the tilt, and the build of the chair. But what I don’t love is the actual cushion of the chair, when I say it’s firm I mean IT IS FIRM. About a week of using it, after my typical gaming sessions of sitting on it I feel more pain than I did in my $80 chair from Amazon. I found myself getting up and stretching more during intermissions because it’s so bad. Not only that but you really feel the metal lips on the sides digging into your thighs. Almost feel guilty but I really want to return it. For $500, I would imagine it would feel way better than this. Am I the only one with this issue? No review really covered the firmness of the cushion (and trust me, I watched every review I was able to).

So whats happening is that my headphones mic just completly doest work, i went to my setting and look at the input devices and the headphones mic is being registered but it shows it as disconected.

So awhile ago I was messing around with my settings on my Xbox and my PC and while having OBS running I pulled the HDMI out of the capture card, while it was still streaming video, freezing the screen in OBS. And now anytime I try to add the capture device to streamlabs or OBS studio it's just a black screen. The audio still goes through and the video still shows up on my console monitor but it won't show in OBS. Is there anyway to fix this or did I just break my Ripsaw

For the past couple of months, my headset has been working perfectly fine by directly plugging it into the controller. However, recently it has stopped working, or at least partially. I can hear my own voice through mic monitoring, but I am unable to hear any music or other sounds. The audio settings only show options for Headset Mic on/off, Headset Volume, and Mic Monitoring, which is not the usual set of options. It's clear that the headset is not completely broken. Unfortunately, Razer has not been able to provide me with any assistance. Can you please help me with this issue?
