Hi, Few days ago my headset stopped pairing to my ps5. I don’t have a PC to do a firmware update I only have a Mac. My headset is under warranty as well. Any helps help! Really would love a resolve by today

I have recently received my Nari Ultimate and it took me some time to set it up, but eventually, I succeeded. However, I am encountering a few issues. Firstly, I am unable to modify the settings while the device is connected through a cable. Is this a standard behavior? Secondly, when attempting to play Deep Rock Galactic, my keyboard is no longer updating as it used to. Is there a solution to rectify this problem? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hello :) As the title says, I’m looking for someone better qualified than I am to help me decide on the right Razer headset for me. For context, I’ve been using the Razer Nari ever since I got it 5 years ago all the way back in 2020 and it is by far the best headset I’ve ever used both in terms of performance and comfort, and it breaks my heart that I happened to be careless enough one day that led me to accidentally letting it fall from a significant height that resulted in one side of the swivel part of the ear to snap off. Even still, this headset is so dear to me that I have been trying to keep it somewhat together with some tape, because it still works and sounds perfectly well apart from the fact that it’s hanging on by a wire on one side, though I understand that is no permanent solution by any means. Honestly, I’ve been poring over reviews across multiple platforms trying to figure out which headset to invest in, but I’m finding myself both confused and overwhelmed by the diffe

I have a Razer 2019 Base Model RZ09 0300 that i had purchased from Best Buy in the USA in late 2019. About one year after the purchase I can see that the keypad does not decompress and clearly there is a bulge in the laptop that can be felt. On researching on the internet I can see that it is the battery that is swollen and needs to be replace possibly. I cannot find a store that can get me a replacement battery. Please help.

Razer has disappointed me again and again. Their equipment always falls apart in less than a year, synapse has had many issues for years with no fix, and their customer service never helps. Deleting the synapse app is the one thing that resolves its issues. It is ridiculous. Recently bought a Logitech headset after the pain that were the Krakens and wow it is a night and day difference between these companies.

I bought a Wolverine v3 pro for Xbox just yesterday and played one game perfectly fine, the next morning I went to play some more and the dpad was stuck left and no matter how many updates or resets or inputs I changed I couldn’t manage to get it to work. Does anyone know a way to fix this or should I just buy a whole new controller

Has anyone had the issue where the kiyo pro was working fine then all of a sudden it’s not focusing and nothing but a a fuzzy image now I’ve unplugged it and tried different usb ports that didn’t work I’ve also tried uninstalling razer apps and reinstalling that didn’t work either I’m at a loss here and the camera isn’t that old I just bought it few months ago

Good morning. I would like to know if it is possible to strengthen the microphone and improve its quality so that it does not muffle my voice, for example on discord. We tried to do something with the discord settings, but to no avail. My friends and I looked literally everywhere for information on this subject, we searched through Razer Synapse, but it didn't help us. I received the headphones as a gift last Christmas and I'm new to improving the quality of the microphone. I use headphones on my laptop, I have an adapter. Please help me :(

Power saver on device like Basilisk V3 Pro and all other device is not very accurate  what ever the  time setting , and it is long to remove from sleeping status.For me I dont need a power saver on anything.Please is it possible to get option to desable the energy saver.I will really appreciate.

After a recent update, my Razor keyboard has started randomly typing on its own, which I have never encountered before. Although I have attempted various solutions, none have proven effective. Razor Opus midnight Blue Headset not connecting to my laptop bluetooth. 

Recently I’ve been looking into getting a dock for my Blade 15 purely because I want to minimize the amount of wires hanging off my laptop,  my question is can plugging it through the thunderbolt 3 port via a dock be sufficient enough to power my laptop during gaming without damaging it? or will i have to keep it plugged in via its original powerbrick. I’ve looked online and it apparently it might cause some damage to the battery if i were to hit my laptop with a heavy load while gaming while only being powered through a thunderbolt 3 dock, something about the 100watts not enough to power the system entirely and it needing to draw from the battery aswell.I just wanted to ask before making a decision since i recently bought this laptop and I don’t want it to be damaged because of a uninformed decision i make.My Blade 15 is the 2020 base model (RZ09-03286E22)

TL:DR - the keys break quickly with only light use, Razer will not supply replacement keys. Has anyone else had this issue or am I just unlucky? I have been using Razer products for a very long time. This is the fourth or fifth gaming pad I have bought from them.I bought this in late April, and after light use, by late June one key was broken (A) and W and D showed signs of imminenent breakage. I'm a middle aged man with a light touch, not a teenage twitch gamer full of blue pop, so was very disappointed at this failure.I removed the key to examine it, and it was so lightly built there was no chance of rebuilding the spigot, and I then could see that two other keys were failing already.Good point - Amazon Returns and Orders works very well, and I was soon in touch with Razer.I asked if it was possible to get replacement keys.
