TL:DR - the keys break quickly with only light use, Razer will not supply replacement keys. Has anyone else had this issue or am I just unlucky? I have been using Razer products for a very long time. This is the fourth or fifth gaming pad I have bought from them.I bought this in late April, and after light use, by late June one key was broken (A) and W and D showed signs of imminenent breakage. I'm a middle aged man with a light touch, not a teenage twitch gamer full of blue pop, so was very disappointed at this failure.I removed the key to examine it, and it was so lightly built there was no chance of rebuilding the spigot, and I then could see that two other keys were failing already.Good point - Amazon Returns and Orders works very well, and I was soon in touch with Razer.I asked if it was possible to get replacement keys. The answer was no. This is a poor decision by Razer, as it would provide a cheap fix to this recurrent issue.I

I recently got a new pair or razer headphones but i cant seem to find the bluetooth device after searching it up and trying it for quite a while anyone knows any tricks?i tried to connect my razer blackshark v2 pro to my iphone 13 but i cant pair it as it doesnt even show up in the bluetooth devices also i followed the instructions to close it first then on it until it shows bluetooth pairing mode but i couldnt find still anyone knows any tricks or anything that can help me?i cant even find it on my laptop the only thing i can use is bluetooth

Hello, I have been looking at the Kitty headset with Bluetooth but there is only the pink and hello kitty versions available. According to the updates regarding the headset I think it'll either come out this year 2022 or early 2023. Has there been any updates regarding this? Is it possible to be notified when this possibly comes out? Thanks beforehand!

Hey I bought Razer blackshark V2 pro 2023 today it's been fine but the audio on phone is very bad .. how do I access either razer app or equalizer on Android phone? 

I lost the Razer Blackshark v2 pro-2023 version dongle so I want to buy a new one if that it’s possible.

I bought razor kraken headset a long time ago in 2021. I have been using it a lot and it is so good better than most $300 headphones but unfortunately now my USB AUDIO CONTROLLER the USB wire has something wrong and I can only connect it to my PC in specific way but it’s hard to keep in place. Was wondering if it’s either possible to get it repaired or get a replacement As you can see it is slightly bent.  anyways please let me know if you guys have solutions. Thank you!!!

My computer is new but the screen lags especially when entering or exiting games. The solution in the FAQ section is said to be only possible by installing the old nvidia driver. When I changed the chipset to "gpu only" in the bios, the screen quality decreased. When I updated Nvidia again, the problem persists, I hope I was able to explain it, please help.

I'm looking for a new headset, keyboard and mouse and I want to ask you nice people on reddit. What I should buy. I play for the most fps (loter-shooters), hack and slash, platforms, mmo, etc.. to mention a few. Keyboard wise I have been looking at BlackWidow Elite and Huntsman Elite. For the headset I have been looking at blackshark v2 or kraken tournament edition. For the mouse im looking at naga trinity or deathaddler v2 or viper. I have Razer Kraken Kitty V2, quartz edition. For some time now I have a problem: my headphones lighting is not working correctly. Left side is green while the right side is blue. No matter what I do, the lights are always incorrect,  different color and different color on the sides. I tried everything internet suggested: updating synapse, plugging somewhere else, resetting and still nothing. It's irritating and I feel hopeless. They're like this on PC and Ps5 as well. I would really appreciate some help.
