I let’s recharge my headset over 4 hours (turned off) after the headset is low. After i turned on, it’s yell there low battery without explaination. I got green blinking after the charge and they still said battery low. What’s the heck is this kind of firmware?! Razer can you fix the firmware issue?! It’s become a problem over charging system or provide a new solution for our issue?!

does the macro stay on the mouse even if unplugged from a pc

As in title. My Barracudas are not connecting to synapse. I tried on dongle, on cable and on separate bluetooth. Any1 know how to fix this? Cheers

Hi, there’s a guy selling his Razer Thunderbolt 4 Cable 2 m long for a cheap price but the cable ends don’t match the one shown on the razer website. On the cable, it simply has the lightning symbol on both ends without the 4 at the bottom, nor the RAZER logo on one end. Just wanted to confirm from anyone who owns it on a description on what it looks like. Thanks.

Hi,I recently bought a Kraken V4, and I’m already experiencing issues on day one.When using the headset wirelessly via the USB-C dongle, everything works fine. Windows recognizes two audio devices in the sound settings: the Game channel and the Voice channel.However, when I plug in the charging cable that comes with the headset, two additional audio devices appear in Windows sound settings, bringing the total to four (two from the dongle and two from the charging cable).The issue is that as soon as I connect the charging cable, the headset automatically switches to the wired USB audio devices and prioritizes them over the dongle devices. Even if I try to manually switching back to the dongle, it won’t work because there is no sound—the wired connection has priority over the dongle.The dongle devices in Windows sound setting will only produce sound when I disconnect the charging cable.This is very frustrating.Is there a fix for this?  

The sale of the razer Zephyr disappeared after may. Is it coming back one day? Or are we planning on to have a new version.

So i came back home after 2 days and i find that on my headset only the right headphone worked so i tried everything including audio balance but I believe it is a hardware issue as when i move the wire close to the left ear I can hear out of it (for extra info i moved the wire left and up) if you have a way to permanently fix this please contact me through discord thanks :Dmattッ#8946

I just bought a Razer Core X and installed my RTX 2070 Super in it, then connected it to my Asus TUF Dash F15 laptop, and this is what happened. What’s the issue? I don’t understand, even though I’ve followed the manual.  

Okay so my charger has be white for a while now and then it goes orange for a few then back to white for about a hour I thought you could leave the controller on and it has the safety thing so it won’t over charge ???why is it doing this will it ruin my controller 

now hear me out i know that you are supposed to get it by email or scratch off the code. i got these razer barracudas from my grandpa and he got that email a long time ago. i didn't think just plugged them in and had fun but i didn't know that i would need this application for things. so i don't know the code and i cant fix the issue with my headphones where they power off automatically. some one please reply with a way to fix the headphones turning off or a way to get into surround sound 7.1.

Razer will update turn on/off motion sync?

I am seriously considering buying Kishi v2 to play Playstation games via emulators, like ePSXe (I have bought this software, not trying to promote anything). Have you tried it? Is it working? Can you remove controls from screen? 

Hi guys!I think I have a problem with my Razer Naga left handed edition. I bought a newer one my older one was broke. I’ve reinstalled the drivers.  If my mouse if plugged in. my PC cannot boot. I’ve got an USB hotplug error. My older Naga still works in this case. If I go to BIOS settings (UEFI) it’s not detecting the mouse. Any solution for this problem?
