I bough the gams by the Brawl Stars,But 5 hour passed and I still didn't receive the gems.
I bought the $9.9 170 gem gear。Payment will be completed at 16:50:24 on June 8, 2023 Eastern District 8th District Time.However, 5 hour have passed now，I didn't receive gems in my game. 

what can I do？

I emailed customer service, but there was no response
