so while using the Tartarus V2, the d pad sticks and you keep moving in one direction till u press the same direction again. I know a lot of people have this problem while looking through the forums and the one solution is to delete razer synaps. but unfortunately I use a lot of razer products and that's the best way to match and customize RGB. so its either I deal with that annoying glitch and have cool colors and effects. or i delete synaps and don't deal with that glitch but now half my RGB features are useless. I was hoping to bring this back to the attention of the developers to see if u can make a small patch for synaps so the people who use the Tartarus can enjoy there gaming and RGB lights at the same time. I just bought the huntsman mini which I totally love in terms of look and feel... but I'm returning it right away :( This is the 2nd time I buy a razer product and have to return it, both times the product had so much potential and both times seems like "lack of test" is the reason the product is barely usable, a real pitty cause I truly love the look and feel. Well, I go to the point. Got the keyboard yesterday and I wasn't able to use the "onboard" profiles, synapse lets me load them and all that but when I cycle trough them in the keyboard with synapse turned off they do not work (I always get the same "Spectrum cycling" lighning no mater what I loaded into the profile). So I headed to the support page for the keyboard and found that there is firmware update, I though "Great! this might fix the issue"... I have a razor 15 base model and when I go to put my laptop into gaming mode, I am unable to because synapse is telling me that the laptop is receiving inadequate power which is stunting my performance. I have no every changed charging adapters and my laptop came with a 180W adapter. I also checked my battery life and it is at 96 percent, and have noticed zero swelling. I was wondering what I can do to fix this inorder to get the maximum performance out of my laptop.
Hello. I recently purchased a Razor Blade 15 RTX 2080 (*removed for security purposes). Now I have the problem that from time to time the screen gets black. Then I have to press the power button a few times so that I can log in again. Then I'm logged back into the system and can continue working from where the screen failed. Just yesterday, my headset was working fine including spatial audio. However for some reason today spatial audio isn't even being seen as an audio output option. In Synapse, I can toggle the spatial audio setting on and off, but it does not work. On top of this, the light indicator on my headset next to the button that toggles spatial audio no longer lights up. I cant find any reason why it would have stopped working so suddenly. There used to be an audio output option called “THX Spatial (Synapse)”.
Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC/PS5 - causing playback issues and of course forcing me to use 3.5mm jack - reached out on twitter troubleshooted everything from the recovery tool to having my case escalated to “advanced support” but its been 5 days without replyUSB ports work for anything else just the headset keeps cutting out and its infuriating - please assist as this is my third locale for support
I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.
Hi, I recently purchased a Razer Blade 15 Base Model, that I received yesterday (thank you Amazon). Very nice machine, but I have a problem. The fans are very often active. They are not at their maximum speed, but they trigger for minimal functions such as open web browser, go on youtube, etc... Even my old PC, much less powerful, didn't make any noise when I performed such tasks. The only time the fans stop is when I'm not doing anything. But you don't do nothing when you have a beast like that in your hands. The noise of the fans is exhausting in the long run, and I wish I could fix this problem. I checked the task manager and the CPU does not exceed 10%. I tried to change the fan speed manually with Razer Synapse, but it makes the situation worse. I also tried softwares like Notebook Fan Control, SpeedFan, etc... but nothing change. I contacted Razer customer service but they did not provide a solution. I specify that I did all the Windows updates, drivers (NVIDIA, Intel,...) and
I'm stuck with this popup when I try to run Synapse to change settings on my Razer Kiyo camera. Clicking either button does nothing and no other UI controls on the screen (e.g. Advanced Settings) do anything. Therefore I can't adjust my zoom or any other camera settings. Help please. Windows 10.
I've already chatted to a representative on support, and after everything he/she has offered to help with, nothing worked. I've tried every solution on the internet including his support, and he eventually said I should get a replacement since it was from Amazon... It arrived today and to no avail, THX is still not working. I've done everything in the book and looking for any advice, I've already tried restarting, reinstalling, plugging into another USB, resetting my PC, it just isn't working. It worked before and to be honest I really don't want to return them... Not after I experienced the difference between normal stereo & THX. I have Chrome and other Apps open that can use THX yet it's not displaying. Hello, After updating Windows 10 2004 version, it started to have a black screen. It still works (eg: if connected to a projector by HDMI). Model: Razer Blade 17 Pro 2080 MaxQ RZ09-03148 The drivers are updated. I already read some previous forums and tried to install the BIOS 1.04. Although since is for different models (RZ-09 03295 and RZ-09 03297), I cannot install the BIOS and the problem remains. Is there any BIOS update for my model? Any suggestions?
Hi there. I’m the owner of (so far) two Huntsman V2 Analogs. I fell for the marketing gimmick of the variable actuators, but that aside, I love them to bits. I use one, and my boyfriend uses another. My keyboard will, at seemingly random, repeat the last dozen keys or so that have been pressed in the last minute. The result is an infuriating situation where the keyboard will repeat windows key presses, enter keystrokes, alt-tab inputs (which makes games more interesting), grenade key (g) inputs (which makes games slightly more interesting), fire-mode selector (x) inputs (which makes games significantly more interesting), and spewing the last few seconds of conscious thoughts I’ve just typed a second time in an instant, trashing whatever sentence I’m trying to formulate. Hi, I just received my Razer Blade Pro 17 (2020) yesterday and was seeking to upgrade the RAM. I installed my G.SKILL 32GB 3000MHz (16GB per stick) hoping to be able to go into the BIOS to use the XMP profile, however, I'm stuck with the ram running at the default speed of 2400MHz and no option for XMP shows up in the bios at this moment. As the title suggest, I'm having issues with saving profiles to the on-board memory. I'm using synapse 3 and dragging the profile to the memory card icon and making sure it is syncing. But once I change the profile using the FN + Menu key it just reverts back to default settings.

I was very happy with my Razer Huntsman mini up untill the moment I noticed that it had sticky keys problem. Tried updating the firmware through Razer's own special tool (they do recommend using the latest firmware)... aaand the whole SYSTEM now starts WAY slower than it should. The problem is a 100% firmware update, as it's never occured before and the system starts perfectly IF I disconnect the KB. It is impossible to go back to the previous firmware (what?...) and the sticky keys issue persists on top of that. The KB was sent to me as a gift from a friend, who lives in a different country. RMA won't work. I'm stuck with a pretty much broken product.
I bought the below 64GB ram kit to upgrade my 2020 Razer Blade Pro 17. I'm having BSOD and sometimes it just stays in the razer logo forever. When I insert the original Ram that comes with the computer, I don't have any problem. As a test, I installed in one slot the 32 GB (HyperX), and in the second slot, the 8GB (original that comes with the laptop) and the computer work fine. The issue happens only when I connect both Hyper X Ram 64GB. I reset the computer to factory settings, and updated the BIOS to the latest version 1.03 but the issue still present. Razer please help!! my razer kiyo says "The current settings on your camera is different from Razer Synapse" and I can not use any of the camera settings, the kiyo works fine with other software. I have reset the device, reinstalled synapse 3, and more but it still says that, any way to fix it. edit I did reach out to razer and they replied, they gave me some things to try, none worked, and asked for some info, waiting for the 2nd reply. About 20 people on this forum have this problem
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my new Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 model. I purchased and received it less than a week ago, made sure to apply all updates to both the headset and attached USB dongle, and am experiencing the following issue: Whenever I am streaming (game/show/movie/anything) in Discord, whoever is viewing the stream hears a buzz in the background. I quickly plugged in my old headset (non Razer, wired headset+mic) and the stream is no longer buzzing. My Windows is fully updated, the Razer headset is set as my default mic in windows, etc. I can’t think of any reason as to why the headset would be affecting stream audio. I have even tried muting my mic during stream. Also, the static/buzzing sound does not happen during regular voice calls in discord. I’ve also tested several other calling apps (teams, regular phone calls, etc) and have no audio issues. I have not tried streaming video on any other platform as I don’t really have another platform to test on. I’m not sure
I’ve bought Razer Barracuda this January and recently about two days ago, the light indicator is not blinking/turned on while charging. The light indicator works fine when i turning on/off the headphone, pairing bluetooth, switch mode etc. And i thought it’s firmware issue, so i checked for updates. But then, when i tried to update it to 1.5.0-1.02.00 versin, the updater gave me this error (attached) and my razer suddenly disconnected. Tried to reconnect and update again but still the same. Anyone have experienced this? Thanks in advance!
