When my 2022 Blade 17 with 3080 Ti goes to sleep the 280W GAN charger/brick shuts down until it is unplugged-replugged into the wall.

The result is that every time I wake from sleep, the laptop is running on battery only until I reach down and replug the power brick.

Is this by design? If so, what is the reasoning?

If this is a faulty charger, will buying a new 280W charger from Razer solve my problems?

Or should I just buy the slimQ GAN charger with razer adapter?

Anyone else have this issue?
