I just got my new headset and unfortunately I scratched a few numbers off the card. Please advice
Please be aware that damaged or lost activation card is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Ensure to register your device here. Once done, you should receive the code via email within the next 24-72 hours. Also, you can submit a case to our Support Team via chat or email. However, the request for the code generation is subject for approval. Nonetheless, send me the following so I can initiate the request on your behalf:
a. A photo that shows the damaged activation card.
b. A photo that shows the device's serial number and original box.
c. Proof of purchase.
Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Ensure to set the link's settings that will allow me to view its content. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
