I recently purchased two Kraken - Mercury's. I have used one and set it up correctly used the code inside and all was correct. I have gone to activate the surround 7.1 on the second set that was being used by a friend. We don't have the product box with the serial code to raise a ticket through the website support. I do have proof of purchase , what do I need to do to get a new code?
