Cannot get network connectivity at all
Have you tried connecting the Razer Core X to a computer with a different operating system? Did you try connecting the Ethernet cable to the back of the Razer Core X Chroma instead of using the ASIX AX 88179 (USB 3.0 to Ethernet) adapter?
Sorry if I was unclear. The ethernet IS connected to the ethernet jack on the Core X Chroma. It shows up in Device Manager as ASIX AX88179 USB 3.0. It shows as connected to the internet. But there is no in/out traffic

Thanks for clearing that up. Ideally, you'll have to connect another PCIe network card to the internet connect your modem, Core X Chroma, and computer. However, this will be an issue if using a computer that doesn't have an Ethernet port. Have you tried updating your computer's software through Intel Driver & Support Assistant? Also, try right-clicking the ASIX Gigabit Ethernet adapter from the device manager and going to its properties. Ensure that the adapter is not disabled and the interrupt moderation rate is disabled under the advanced tab. Refer to the image below:
Should the behavior persists, please send me a PM including your Core X Chroma's serial number so I can help you initiate an investigation.
