Trying to access support but after entering my serial it says it is out of limited warranty when i purchased the mouse new from Amazon last october?



The reason for support request is now I am getting the infamous mouse wheel jumping (when scrolling down, it jumps upward then down) and I've exhausted the common fixes of blowing out any dust with compressed air. updated firmwire, clean mousepad, etc, etc. Unless anyone has anything else i can try
