I just bought a Basilisk v3 from Best Buy in Boston area. When I was trying to register the product online, the website complained that the "item serial number is unkown".
Should I return this product to Best Buy?

Is it because the product I bought was a returned one, and the serial number has already been used??
Let me check on this. Please send me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase via PM. That way, I can check on it from my end and verify its warranty status.
