I have just released and configured my new Basilisk 3 and I have been able to verify that at rest it has micro movements that make that for example in a youtube video in full screen appears from time to time the player that should appear when there is a mouse movement. These micro movements also prevent the leds to turn off due to inactivity.

The wire is not taut
