Neither I can find firmware information on Central / Synapse software nor can I find a firmware update on Razer's support pages.



The mouse was for approx. 6 hours in hibernate mode. As I returned and turned the computer back on I wasn't able to control the mouse. Also the LED rainbow cycling stopped at a sort of orange. My keyboard was working so I went to device manager and found a device with exclamation mark under USB. Uninstalling did not help as well as a reboot. As I did not want to move the monitor and unplug the mouse as it's a bit unhandy and complicated, I had to pull the power plug for all my devices and waited for 10 seconds to make sure that all remaining power had drained. After powering on again the mouse worked. So I guess it's a firmware problem.
