Blackshark V2 2023 Mic Monitoring only when in Preview

Hello, I want to use Mic Monitoring since I only used fairly open Headsets in the past so I am not used to not hearing my voice or keyboard when typing.
I activated it in Synapse and it works WHEN the Mic Preview is enabled (so I can hear the Preview with delay and the Monitoring with minimal delay). When I disable the MIC preview I also loose the Mic Monitoring.
Does it have to be enabled somewhere else?
I already tried restarting the PC, Headset and Synapse. Also tired turning the mic- and sound-volume up.

I am experiencing a similar problem. There is a crutch. You can open the sound settings in win 10, and then this feature will be activated permanently. However, it should be understood that turning off the settings ( close the microphone settings window) will deactivate this function

I am waiting for a response from the support on this issue
