So i just got my blackshark v2 pro and it wasnt working right outta the box. I can only hear out of the left side of the headphones, there is no sound whatsoever on the right side. On top of this, the mic is not working at all. I dont know what to do to fix this… i tried to balance the sound or whatever on the headphones and i restarted my pc too. Any suggestions on what i should do?
