Blackshark v2x activation code doesnt work

I got the activation code by email and i copy pasted it and tried writing one by one and doesnt work. It says its invalid. I request new code please

Any screenshot of the error? You’re trying to activate 7.1 surround or THX Spatial?

but when i try to activate 7.1 it directs me to here
