Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I just recently bought a used 2019 Base model Blade 15 laptop, model no. RZ09-03006G92 and after installing the OS and doing some thermal testing and all that I decided to clean the keyboard. I used 70% isopropyl alcohol. When I started using it suddenly some keypresses started registering as double keypresses, for example if i typed "R" it would type "YR" on my computer, and after a while it was like I was holding down a few keys on my keyboard at once, even though I wasn't even touching it. And now, the keyboard flickers green every few seconds like it's being unplugged and plugged back in.
Things I've tried:
Reinstalling Synapse, uninstalling keyboard and touchpad drivers and reloading, looking for new drivers online, updating via Windows Update, reinstalling both Windows 10 and 11, changing keyboard language, changing system language, resetting BIOS, using the BIOS and firmware update tools on the software page of my laptop, using a blowdryer for approximately 20 minutes to dissipate the alcohol if there was any left, nothing.
When I attach an external keyboard the external keyboard acts normally, but the key holding on the laptop keyboard persists.
One thing I've noticed is that when I power my laptop on the keyboard cycles through colors normally, the standard Razer RGB setting without Synapse and such. I've attached a video of the keyboard flickering. I apologize for the bad video quality. Thank you in advance for your replies.
