"Commercial Invoice is incomplete." - package being returned? | Razer Insider

Can somebody please help me resolve the issue with my order? Per FedEx, the package is stuck with “Commercial Invoice is incomplete.”  and they state that: “Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must provide a completed Commercial Invoice.”

I take that to mean that Razer did not provide all the necessary shipping information and it might be sent back to Hong Kong?

I placed an order on Friday and today I got the same notification. The machine is in Memphis and the status is

“Commercial Invoice is incomplete.
Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must provide a completed Commercial Invoice.”


Is this going to resolve itself, or do we need to do something?


Experiencing the same thing, found some reddit post stating this is pretty common and has been happening for ever. Most cases it looks like package will be sent back to razer in a week before they try and ship it back out to us. 
If I can’t get it resolved probably will have to cancel my order.


Well that’s incredibly disheartening to hear. Glad to hear my almost 5k machine is going to be floating around the world because of poor attention to detail.  Great way to start a relationship with a new customer.

 


Just had the same message, saw a few posts saying that in the past it got send back to Razer, and another that it got released. I guess we’ll have to see. Ordered a $2000 Blade, not off to a good start...


Just got a notification from FedEx that that package is on the move and will be here tomorrow.


If so, that’s a massive relief and I feel a little stupid getting so worked up in my first post here. Was just really disappointed. Guess I need to grow up in that regard.

Hopefully everyone elses packages are on the way too!
