I have recently been experiencing intermittent connection issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset, where the audio cuts out for about two seconds before resuming. Upon checking Synapse, I noticed that the software is not detecting the headset. I have double-checked the USB receiver and even switched ports, but the issue persists.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem. As I purchased the headset only a few months ago and have taken great care of it since I use it for work, I’m concerned that it may already be malfunctioning.
Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue?
