Core x and GPU randomly disconnects when using specific apps

Hello everyone, I hope the information I provide below can help you solve my issue.
---------------------------------------------
Setup: Razer Laptop (Product No. (*Omitted for privacy reasons) purchased brand new mid-2017 with no changes/repair

Monitor: 1080p 60fps Asus Monitor

OS version 10.0.19043 Build 19043

CPU: Intel Core i7-7500U @ 2.7GHz 2 cores

Installed RAM: 16GB

Internal GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620
----------------------------------------------
EGPU: Razer Core X Product No. (*Omitted for privacy reasons) purchased brand new early 2021 with no changes/repair

GPU: Dual-RTX3070-O8G Part No. (*Omitted for privacy reasons) purchased brand new early 2021 with no changes to the physical GPU & software
-------------------------------------
Additional Notes: I have two additional peripherals attached to the laptop, a 2007 Apple keyboard and a Razer branded mouse. Along with that, the Core X is connected to my computer via thunderbolt 3 & my ASUS monitor is directly connected to my GPU inside the Core X. All power plugs are fully fitted in the power outlet & I'm connected to the internet via 5GHz wifi.
--------------------------------------------------

Yesterday I decided to get back into an old hobby of mine which is to build places on Roblox Edit, an application made by Roblox for developers to use to create games within the platform. Within five or ten minutes of using the app, my monitor would turn off and my laptop's screen would turn on. (I have it to where whenever the GPU is not in use, the laptop's screen would turn off. If a GPU were connected, the laptop screen would turn off.)

During the time when the laptop's screen is functioning, the entire laptop seems to be very choppy and hard to use. The FPS the laptop outputs seem to be on par with a PowerPoint presentation which seems to be caused by my CPU, EGPU, and RAM running at max. (Ram seems to ramp up by half of the entire available ram) On task manager, it shows that my CPU usage is at 80-100% along with my RTX3070. (My ram usage would be at 6.6/15.9GB)

When Roblox Edit decides to shut itself off or whatever happens, the GPU after half a minute to a minute would reconnect to the monitor and start working again. When the monitor turns back on, Roblox Edit would not work and thus has to be shut down via task manager. Another application, a communications app called Discord would also sometimes be affected as well, needing me to shut it down as well via task manager in order to use it.

After that, Roblox Edit and Discord would operate normally. Well, Roblox Edit would work normally for a few minutes. Another application that does this is Gmod, but that occurs much much less frequently. It would happen every few hours or so.

(I'd also like to note that yes, Roblox Edit and Gmod do use the RTX3070. I've confirmed it by looking at what GPU it uses via task manager.)

If you need any extra info, please ask and I'll try to provide. Thank you for reading and good luck to those who try to fix my query. I've spent half of the day yesterday trying to diagnose the problem on my own via threads like the one I'm making and youtube videos.

It seems that the laptop is processing too many resources and underperforms or could be related to the Razer Blade's graphic card and its drivers. Please send me the following so I can initiate an investigation:

a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)
b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
c. Screenshot of Nvidia/Intel Driver Version: (Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 2 tab and look for the Nvidia version on the right side.)
d. A photo of the BIOS main tab.

Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue our conversation privately there.
