Background: Have used mouse for over a year now and everything has worked.



Problem: Began using mouse today and an hour into it's use the DPI Increase button stopped working. The decrease button works fine.



Details:

There does not appear to be any visual issues with the button's condition.

The button clicks fine.

Razer Synapse has the correct profile selected which has the Sensitivity Stage up button correctly assigned.

There is multiple DPI's selection's available.



Is there any suggested action for this?
