It was working fine till yesterday and suddenly when connecting to my laptop the pointer gets stuck in top left corner or bottom right corner and unable to move. Tried all usb ports and the issue persists with MacOS and Windows 11.

Hey there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. Make sure to do this using a Windows PC. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
