Delivery Shipment.

Hi. i ordered last month feb 15 and i recieved the shipment confirmation already in 1 day. a few days ago march 5 i ordered again i recieved the order confirmation already but no news in shipment. its been 3 days. how long do i have to wait for them to ship the item. and i ordered again march 7 my third time. i already recieved the confirmation order. but still no shipment. i really need to know if this is still normal or maybe they forgot my order already. both my orders was said to be delivered within 5-7days. but still no shipment thats why im starting to get worried. can anyone answer my questions?
