Hi,
I'm facing an issue with my Razer devices.
Since the last update was released, no more device is detected by Synapse (Keyboard, Mouse and Headset)
I can see my devices in Windows, they are still working, but the setting is not applied as I can't see them in Synapse
I have tried to repair Synapse but it didn't change anything.
Does anyone have the same issue ?

I've been having the same issue. I followed all of the steps they recommended when devices weren't connecting, nothing worked. All of my devices that were previously connected and working are not read in the synapse at all.
Okay, I found a fix elsewhere.
If you are playing or have played Valorant, there is a software called Riot Vanguard installed alongside it. Go uninstall it, then reinstall Synapse.

Same issue here. Everything was fine until Synapse updated. Now my mouse is connected to the PC and works fine, but won't connect to Synapse or use the profiles. I have tried reinstalling the software, repairing the software, deleting all Razer files on my PC and then reinstalling Synapse, uninstalling the mouse drivers, uninstalling the Razer drivers, running the Razer connection troubleshooter, updating my drivers, and installing all the other unrelated products included with Synapse. None of these have helped. I just want to be able to adjust my mouse sensitivity so I can play some games. I am confident this was just a bad Synapse update. Hoping for a quick fix.
I'm having the same issue, but with my Blade 14. Synapse doesn't detect it at all since the new update. Tried reinstalling and updating Windows but still nothing
I am having the same issue. I tried the repairing option, reinstalling the drivers and tried reinstalling the app. Nothing worked.
Same issue after the 20221108 update for my Naga Chroma and Huntsman Elite. Both devices show up in the device manager and function just fine but Synapse fails to recognize them.
Troubleshooting attempted:
Razer devices still not detected in Synapse.
Troubleshooting attempted:
- Repaired Synapse with the repair utility
- Completely uninstalled Synapse (removed leftover folders/files as well as registry keys)
- Uninstalled devices for both the mouse and keyboard (making sure to check 'remove drivers' when uninstalling.
- Turned my computer off and on again between each step attempted above.
- Ran windows update and made sure my PC was up to date.

Razer still sleeping
Same issue, seems to be the newest update has affected compatibility.
tried every possible thing to get it fixed . but still no luck.. its been 20 hrs already since i am seeing this issue. hope this would be fixed ASAP
If it's not detected by Synapse go with these steps (remember to reboot PC after using tool, and use admin account to install Synapse):
Also be sure, that devices are connected directly into USB ports on the motherboard, and not via USB hub or ports in PC case (which sometimes acts like hubs). Min. USB 3.0 (or above).
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I don't play Valorant. Don't even have it installed on my PC.
Update (again lol): I unplugged and replugged my keyboard and mouse, everything shows up in synapse fine now! Thanks so much!!

Hi Guys!
If you're still experiencing the same issue after the Synapse 3 update, gather the Synapse logs from your PC by following the steps here. Share it using Google Drive and PM me the link so I can start a case and raise your concern to the software team for further diagnosis.
*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.

This didn't work for me
Yeah, the Riot Vanguard fix worked for me. Make sure to uninstall and reinstall via Razer Central instead of downloading on the website, or not.
this fixed it for me

Hi Guys, after a software update, the keyboard, mouse and headset were not recognised.
We have carried out the following and were able to solve the problem.
https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5776
Download the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool from the URL.
https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166/~/software-and-firmware-updates-for-razer-peripherals
Download the Firmware Update Utility for your device from the URL.
Download Synapse3.
1. Update firmware your all device.
*Wireless mouse both dongle and cable connection
2. Clean install Synapse using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool.
3. Reboot, connect the device and update Synapse again.
4. Finally, reboot the PC .
This solved the problem for me.

That doesn't work if the Wireless Dongle can't be detected on the PC.
Rebooting the PC several times. Reinstalling the Synapse after their Driver Cleaner, and using Device Detection Tool - nothing works. The Firmware updater tool doesn't work because Windows 11 doesn't detect the Wireless Dongle. In short, the Viper V2 Pro only works in wired mode.
Sent for replacement in my region - tbh, the replacement company doesn't have a stellar record. Expecting disappointment this week.

Update: I did the fix with Riot and synapse is now reading my headset, but not my other devices
