Drivers for dual-boot Win11 on Razer Blade 15 Basic 2021 | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hey,

I recently got a Razer Blade 15 Basic 2021 and also installed a second NVMe SSD in it to dual boot into Win11. I already did that and Win11 is actually running off of the second SSD, however I still have some software issues which seems to be some missing drivers.

Upon reading into the topic, I found out the Win10 shipped on my laptop is quite modified to fit the Razer hardware and has special drivers installed on it.

How the heck can I install a fresh version of the so called 'as-shipped OS' from Razer on my second SSD? I don't find any files and the support page for creating a system recovery stick it stays:

To create a system recovery stick, download the system recovery files from the link provided by Razer Support. If the file download is interrupted, simply click on “Resume” to continue downloading. However, if system recovery files from Razer Support are not available, skip to step 4.

But in the mentioned 'step 4' it only tells you how to create a Windows Recovery Drive, which as I understand it, only creates a basic, clean Win10 installation.

I already contacted Razer Support as well and they said they'll reach back via email, which probably takes forever. Why isn't there just a driver package that I can throw onto a fresh install of Windows??

Anyone has any tips on that?

Best wishes
