Faulty Number Pads on Cynosa Chroma

I'm having problems with my number pads. When I hit 0, it types both 03. When I hit 3 it also types 30. Whats wrong with my keyboard? Pretty sure its clean, no dirt, dust or any solid objects seeped through it. Help! Thank you in advance. 30330

    Hi there! That's quite odd. When did the issue start? Does the issue happen when the keyboard is connected to a different computer or to a different PC without Razer Synapse installed? Does the issue happen on all applications in your PC? Please create a dummy Razer ID and see if the issue persists.
