Hello Razer community.

I have a Razer Blade 15 2022. I have recently been experiencing frame drops on my PC. It doesn’t always happen, but when it does, it is very consistent. When I stand still, games can run up to 270 frames, but when I look around, it drops to sub 100, sub 60 even. When I spectate people though, it is a consistent 270 frames, no matter what effects or movements they do. This has been true for multiple games, Valorant and Fortnite, where the spectating works perfect but looking around has frame drops. When I turn the graphics down to the minimum graphics, the problem persists, which should not be happening. I thought it might be an issue with my mouse but I don’t think so. Please help, this computer is insanely powerful and should not be having any of these issues.

Have you already tried the suggested steps here for further isolation? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific steps to help you further. Thank you!
