Hello some keys on my BlackWidow Elite Keyboard aren't working I just bought it

So I just bought this keyboard refurbished, yeah kind of dumb but it was on sale and I'm a cheapo haha. Anyways the store said everything was fully tested and should work like new. Well, my "2" "W" "S" & "Z" are not working. The lighting in those particular keys are perfect like the rest. Keys look new and clean as described. Could this the settings? I didn't touch any settings/bindings I just plugged it in and tried to game. Thanks for any help.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your inquiry here. Does the key registration concern happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Please reset the your device by going to the Razer Synapse setting by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner, then select reset from the side options. Let me know if it helps.
