These are the headphones I bought. I plugged it in correctly and boom nothing happenes. People say look for uninstalled device or hidden devices that doesn't work. There's literally NOTHING. Acer is my monitor's speakers, and they don't have a mircophone so I can't talk or hear.

How am I suppose to find, detect, and fix the problem if theres nothing. Give me a step by step on how to fix it please. I have been at this for almost 5 hears straight and I feel like i'm going to pass out soon because I can't solve this problem.
You might have to ensure that you have the latest Windows version by following the steps on this page. The issue could be caused by a faulty headset driver. Let’s uninstall the headset drivers by doing the following:

-Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar.

-Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

-Go to Audio Inputs and Outputs.

-Right-click on your Razer headset and select Uninstall device.

-To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer.

-The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart.

Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset along with a screenshot of your MSinfo32. I can use those to verify the model of your device and take a closer look at your system.
