I bought a razer keyboard to use on playstation 4, I tried every way but it doesn't work, chroma rgb, it tells me to connect the keyboard, but it already is, it also tells me to try from its software, but the software is like the keyboard It's Razer, what should I do

Chroma settings are configurable only via Synapse on PC. And the Chroma settings are not stored into onboard memory, so you cannot have it available on PS4.
