Hi , So I bought my new razer laptop razer blade 14 from someone I have barely used it and I got it in a great condition less than a year of being used the motherboard stopped working now the laptop is a usless piece of metal , the laptop is still under warranty and my serial number has this information I contacted support and they refused to assist me because I donot have a proof of purchase although it is still under warranty I have never seen this happen in any other computer company I have dell , lenovo laptops and this never happened overall this is laptop is trashed and I won’t invest a dollar trying to fix manfacture error I will just throw it away and buy a new laptop from a company that know exactly how to serve their customers thank you.

Surely you would have some sort of way to provide proof of purchase. Credit card/bank transactions, emails, anything? Did you purchase from an authorized reseller? I’m sure there’s some form of paper trail. 


If I had I would’ve sent it but it’s with the previous owner , and I am pretty sure such information is available on the company’s system tracing the serial number my laptop is a new model ryzen blade 14 2022 model yet it broke down now.
