Hyper X Basilisk Weird Bluetooth issue

Hi All,

Last year I decided to pay out for a basilisk X hyperspeed and I have had a great experience with it.

It's biggest appeal was the quick ability to switch between 2.4 and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing me to quickly switch between my PC (via the 2.4Ghz) and my work Mac (via Bluetooth).

However, about a week ago, the mouse decided not to connect via Bluetooth to the mac. I have followed the support page for connecting to Bluetooth, but does not ever start the pairing routine (for clarity, I held the Front, back and DPI Buttons for 3 second+ with no change to the LED indicator).

I wondered if this was a firmware problem, however I cannot update as it will not pair via Bluetooth to any machine. The only thing it has done is turn on the blue indicator (non-stop flashing rather than the two flash pause described on the support site) when pressing: Left Click, Right Click & Middle mouse. This turns on Bluetooth, but to a device that shows as not a mouse and is called "dfuBasilisk"

Any help with this would be appreciated as it's lost it's killer feature for me.

Hi @e1scnor,

Please PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and escalate your concern to the relevant team so we can investigate and check our options. Thank you!
