I tried to contact the seller that I'm not receiving the code for activation of surround sound 7.1 software. they didn't respond to my message. I also tried to register my product and its valid product.
From what I know, there should be a scratch card that comes with the headset. But if you haven't received any from the box. Allow me to verify if you're still eligible for a new one. To do that, I'll need the following:
