i have sent my laptop to service 2 months ago and i still got nothing returned

So i have bought a laptop which had a problem with the keyboard after a few months of use and i had still got the warranty so i have shipped it to the razer service and they said after 1 week that they cannot fix it and thats why they will send me a new one. They offered me a laptop with US keyboard layout but it is not the same as the EU keyboard, so i refused that and i told them i need eu layout. They said it is fine they will replace the keyboard layout. Another 1-2 weeks has passed again and i havent got any update so i wrote them an email and it turned out that they cannot replace it because they dont have eu keyboard and they thought they had false but the support said that she will ask the repair team again and they will switch it. 2 weeks has passed again and i have not got any update on the case nor my device. 
I am losing faith and hope. It was a really expensive laptop and i thought they will be helpful and fast with the repair then i thought it would be even faster to get a new one. I mean they just need to ship it to me a brand new as they offered, but no. I have got nothing. I dont have any back up device, because of that i cannot work properly and it damages me financially. I am really desperate now. What can or should i do? Should i got something as a compensation for the waiting and bad customer service or support?
