I’m running a Mac (so no access to Synapse v3) and there seems to be no way to change/disable the ridiculously aggressive auto shutdown on the speakers - am I missing something? Otherwise they will have to go back - speakers that turn off every 5 minutes are not fit for purpose.

Hi, I have lost the usb dongle for my Razer Blackshark V3. I have been searching online for a replacement dongle, but I can only find listings for the "V3 Pro" dongle, which I understand is not compatible with my standard version.Is there any way I could get an official replacement dongle from Razer? I’m willing to pay for it as it is out of warranty.

Dear Sir/Madam, After the automatic installation of the RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.3_S10_BOE_0B90_v4.3 update, the monitor on my Razer notebook stopped working completely. As a diagnostic measure, we connected a second external monitor, and now it only displays the attached image (see attached screenshot), with the boot/BIOS/recovery options, but does not proceed to the operating system. It is important to note that this equipment had already been replaced previously due to monitor problems, as per the support and replacement emails below in this contact. I kindly request an urgent analysis of the situation, as the problem seems to be directly related to the aforementioned update. I await instructions on the next steps for resolution or replacement of the equipment, if necessary. Sincerely.

 Hello, I received this Gigantus XXL mousepad for Christmas and after less than a month it's already peeling off, which is really poor quality. I only have Razer products and I replaced my old Razer mousepad that I've had for over 5 years and which never peeled off or broke. My wife bought a bigger one, but this isn't normal.

Some time ago, I lost the dongle for my Viper Ultimate. At the time, I looked for it but couldn’t find it, and I’m not sure where it is. Eventually, I gave up looking. Later, I saw that it’s possible to buy a replacement dongle directly from you, but I can no longer find it. I’m afraid to buy it on AliExpress or other websites, as I prefer to pay more and be sure that the product is correct and genuine, rather than paying less and receiving something different from what I ordered. So, I would like to know where I can buy or find a new dongle.

I just got this new headset for the specific use of using 2 PCs at once - taking VoIP calls over Bluetooth on my work PC while listening to music or taking a VoIP call on my personal PC with the 2.4GHz dongle.I am NOT using the mic for both. I have a wired mic for my work PC and am only using the BT to hear the softphone ring, and to hear the calls. I do intend to use the headset mic on my personal PC.The BT mode works just fine in standalone mode. However, in simultaneous mode (the entire reason I shelled out money for this headset) the Bluetooth audio is choppy and awful and constantly dropping out, sometimes rapidly so it sounds like static, and sometimes just silence for several seconds in a row. No matter what, it’s never smooth for more than 2-3 seconds, and even that’s rare.Yes, I have updated all firmware for all things involved. Hello,My mouse has had this issue for a while now; I tried troubleshooting with ChatGPT but was entirely unsuccessful. The mouse works well when plugged in but when on wireless it will work for 1 second then stop for about 5, then repeats constantly. Software has been updated and have changed ports to no success. Tried reaching out to support but my warranty has ended. GPT told me this was a bad dongle connection issue, mouse is in good condition.Please help!

Hello everyone,I recently started using a Razer Kraken V3 X headset and I’m trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.Unfortunately, I can’t find the activation code anywhere. I checked: The box The user manual Razer Synapse The headset is original and fully functional, but the 7.1 activation code seems to be missing or was not included in the package.Has anyone experienced a similar issue?  Hello,I am contacting you regarding my Razer gaming chair. ENKI XAfter investigating an instability issue, I discovered that the spider base (chair base) is cracked on two of its arms. Because of this, some wheels no longer touch the ground properly, and the seat height varies slightly when rotating.The chair has become unstable and unsafe to use.I have attached photos showing the cracks on the spider base.Could you please let me know if a replacement spider base is available, or what solution you can offer?PS : The chair was purchased on Amazon on May 13, 2022.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,Cyrille

Hi I just got my Razer Blackshark headphones days ago, however, I’ve noticed the mic is picking up background noises and it isn’t too clear during in game sessions. I tried it with both the 3.5mm jack only and also using the splitter via connector to see if there is a difference it actually got worse especially with the splitter because there are times the mic is working, sometimes it isn’t especially in mid game,using it while playing ARC Raiders and I use it on my laptop. need advice or help on this. Hello, recently my keyboard died, when I turned on my PC it lit up and was unresponsive. After system reset it seemed completely dead. After few days I tried plugging it in again and it showed up as Razer Bootloader. Did some digging, found the proper Firmware updater, turned off all the apps and I started it up.However, it keeps on looping on Updating Firmware > Verifying Firmware > Processing Firmware Data > Erasing Flash > Updating Firmware again. It’s been going on for about 40 minutes so I’m pretty sure it’s stuck. Anyone’s got any idea where I could go from here or is it over for my keyboard?

So, basically, after a few weeks of use, the mouse’s dongle has stopped working properly, not showing any lights and not pairing with the mouse. The USB ports and cable are just fine, as Windows recognize the port and the mouse works when plugging in the cable. Guess I have a malfunction with the dongle? 

So I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate a couple years ago because I preferred the side led wave effect as its displayed on the box. However I plugged it into Synapse 4 recently, the firmware required an update, and now the wave effect affects the entire mouse the same. In my opinion the mouse has lost its uniqueness and the new wave it has now is incredibly bland. I am not very experienced with Chroma Studio enough to change the lighting as when I applied Wave  before on Synapse 3 it was automatic as its displayed on the box. I have attached 2 photos to further illustrate the difference I am referring to. I understand one of the photos looks like a still as I cant upload a short video to show what the wave affect looks like now but its a solid bar compared to what it looks like on the box.

Sidebutton 2 stopped working on the mouse. I have tried several software fix attempts such as drive uninstall/reinstall, synapse reset, and synapse reinstall. Nothing has worked. I purchased this May 24, 2024.
