Hi Razer Support Team,I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset, but the included USB Type-C wireless dongle has suddenly stopped working.Here are the details of the issue and what I have experienced: Issue Overview: The headset fails to connect wirelessly via the USB-C dongle. The dongle is no longer recognized by my device, and the headset cannot establish a wireless audio connection. When it started: Yesterday during a discord call halfway it suddenly disconnect and not be able to connect back to my PC so i did a restart of the PC and still not able to connect back, the headset light keep flashing blue. Troubleshooting Steps Already Attempted: Tested the dongle on multiple USB ports (and via the USB-A extension cable/adapter). Tested the dongle on a different device such as PC and Phone. Attempted to re-pair the headset using the Razer Pairing Utility but it does not works as it does not detect the dongle. Checked Windows Device Manager and the dongle is not detec

It had a deep, warm, full and broadcast/radio-like sound, with noticeably more body and bass. I did not configure anything in Razer Synapse at that time. I simply used the headset with its original/default settings, and the microphone sounded much better to me.The reason I updated the firmware was because I had another problem before the update: the microphone sometimes cut off the beginning or end of words, which seemed similar to a voice-gate/threshold issue. However, the actual microphone tone and quality were very good before updating.After updating to v1.3.3_r1, the microphone still works, but its sound has changed noticeably. Pretty simple powered down my Win11 PC for 3 days upon return powered it up again but no sound, tried to re-install driver after deleting it to no avail. If I try to update firmware via Razer its looking for a Bluetooth 4 my PC doesn’t have bluetooth so I’m stuck. I cannot change to bluetooth on the Leviathan either, it stays in green mode.Have tried many different USB ports with out success, been in device manager and THX doesn’t show on sound ports at all. It did before I removed the driver but speaker wasn’t working then either.

Hi Razer Community & Support,I recently reinstalled the operating system on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced (Model: RZ09-0367). Currently, my system lacks the original factory Razer BIOS configuration and is running a generic Intel/AMI BIOS interface, missing standard Razer factory settings and customizations.I need the official Razer BIOS/EC updater tool for RZ09-0367 to reflash the motherboard back to its factory state. If Razer Support is seeing this, could you please assist me with a link to the official BIOS reflash installer?Thank you for your help!

I'm trying to log into the 7.1 Surround Sound app to set up these new headphones I bought but whenever I try typing in my email and password it will load and then give me a “No authentication found” error message. I tried logging in as a guest too but that hasn't worked either. My headphones that I had before just broke last night so I bought these razer krakens as a replacement but they wont even play audio without me setting this app thing up. I checked the razer server status and no errors there either. I'm just confused and want my new headphones to work I got the activation code and everything all set up but I cant even log in to get them to work and I feel like I'm going crazy.

I purchased the core v2 for my laptop, I have a 2080 super from my other desktop. I am trying to get the 2080 super to work on the laptop but it is not detecting it. The laptop is a MSI GS65 Stealth Thin 8RF. Please help. It isn't being detected in razer synapse, and the gpu is detected in device manager, but I cannot get it to display on the monitor that is connected to the EGPU

Hey I am having an installation issue with Razer Synapse 4.  I’ve been using Razer Synapse 3 for a few years but this week starting running into issues with it being very slow and figured it’s time to upgrade to Synapse 4 since 3 is no longer supported. Unfortunately, I am having an issue with the installation. Once I download the Installer and open it up, I hit continue and then I get a blank screen that doesn’t allow me to process. For reference:What I’ve tried so far:Clear appdata for Razer Deleting Razer Installation Folder (C:\Windows\Installer\Razer) Uninstalling Razer Synapse 3 and all Razer software Clearing all Razer tasks in task manager Deleting the Synapse Installer and reinstalling from the Razer websiteAny help would be great as I use a Razer Naga mouse and go back and forth between different profiles frequently, and haven’t been able to do so. Thanks! 

Hello I bought Blackwidow v4 pro low-profile keyboard just yesterday and out of the box it is not charging at all. It stays on 1% after being on charger for 4hours an if I unplug the cable it dies after few seconds. I have newes firmware, tried reinstaling keyboard drivers, try charging it trought another cable and trought mobile charger and nothing helps.

Hi there, I bought a racer barracuda 2 years ago and now the singe has given up the ghost altogether. I have tested it on two other computers and tried to reinstall firmware but it seems to be completely dead.   My USB C port definitely does work and I’m super disappointed because I’ve loved this headset and treated it with the utmost care.    can you please help me get replacement  dongle?? 

Downloading firmware 1.14.00 was a terrible decision and destroyed my mouses performance

While using the keyboard it suddenly had an lighting error so i unplugged and plugged it back however after that it doesnt light up and the keys are very delayed and type multiple times after just one click. After trying multiple ways to fix it (updating windows and synapse, trying other usb ports, reinstalling firmware etc.) it either doesnt work entirely or the previous issue persists.i dont think its a hardware issue because of how the problem appeared and no physical harm happened to the keyboard and its cable.does anybody has a way to fix it?

Last month I get every 4-5 days a message “Secure Boot Violation”, I fix it in Bios but I still get the same message. Is this a system warning? If yes what for.Thanks in advance for answers.

Due to unresolvable profile and macro synchronization bugs on my old Razer account, I had to completely delete that old account myself.Now, on my new account, when I try to activate the software with my purchased key, the system says the code is already used (because the license is still tied to my deleted account on your backend).I opened a support ticket (Case #260731-003194), but it was immediately closed by an automated response mentioning "ongoing security measures" without addressing the software license itself.Could a support representative or community manager please help me detach the key from my old deleted account so I can use it on my current profile?I have intentionally hidden my Order ID, activation key, and email addresses for privacy, but I am fully ready

issue is that the “HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 Dongle” didn’t come with my “Razer BlackShark V3 Pro”. I’m not sure if it was accidentally left out or got lost during shipping Is there any way to get new a replacement?

HeyI’ve had Razer Synapse 3 downloaded for a few years for my Razer Naga X and have mainly used it without much issue. I regularly swap back and forth the profiles to change my side buttons depending on what I’m doing at the time. Since earlier this week when I went to open Razer Synapse 3 it was extremely slow and whenever I clicked on my Razer Naga profiles, I got a blank screen that never loaded in. Since support for Razer Synapse 3 ended, I figured this would be a good time to switch to 4, except once I hit continue on the first screen of the installer for Razer Synapse 4, I get a similar blank black screen. I tried uninstalling Razer Synapse 3, but that didn’t help and now I have no Razer product installed.  Looking for some support on ideas on how I can get Razer Synapse 4 installed so I can go back to using my Naga without issues. Greetings!i just bought kraken v4 x minecraft edition, i noticed pop/ click sound that appears after i pause every video or music. This pop sound is heard every 4 seconds. I searched about it and seems it's built in feature as power saver. I tried everything regarding the side if my laptop but pop still there. Any suggestions? Or its built in feature.
