I have a Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller, and I find that the mappable buttons are fragile, especially the M3, M4, M5 and M6 buttons. I am looking for a replacement set of those 4 specifically. The M2 broke too, but I had another broken controller that had that part intact so I swapped it out. The controller works fine otherwise so I'm just trying to replace these parts. This controller specifically is well beyond warranty, however if I'm unable to replace these buttons I have little interest in buying another Razer controller in the future due to how easily these mappable buttons break. Along with the buggy mousepad, when I press sleep laptop just takes me to lock screen, when I close the lid the laptop stays on, it was like this out of the box as well I have been defaulting to just shutting it down but as we know that’s not good for system health

Hello. I’ve bought a mouse Viper V3 Pro and been using it for 1 and half month already. I’ve noticed that i never got a chance to see my mouse at 100% and i’ve been doing some tests. I’ve already drained all battery so i can charge without using it so i can see how fast it goes but after like 8 hours, the mouse only goes up to 50%. Does anyone have some solution to this?I done some search about this problem at this forum and i think it affets a lot of people. I really need to understand how to fix it or i’ll need to send to waranty.PS: My firmware version is now at 1.14.0.0

I bought the headset today from Bangladesh and attempted to register it via your official product registration portal to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code.Despite multiple attempts, the registration portal states that the product has already been registered, even though I have not registered it before. I have a dell Precision 5530 with windows 11 Pro laptop and I am unable to get the “VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter” connect to my internet.  I have seen many youtube and  google searches and unable to solve the connection issues.  I know my infrustructure works since the Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma replaced my Dell docking station.  I Have put my Dell back and every thing is working again.  When I resetup the Chroma the lan does not work.   I am looking for suggestions to resolve this issue.

Of course my notebook is out of warranty and I want to buy a new battery, do you know what the proper replacement would be?. I couldn’t find the exact replace number, which is Model RC30-0367, and:Rated Capacity: 4221mAh/65WhRated Voltage: 15.4VLimited Charge Voltage: 17.6Vare there any compatible model to buy instead? (I heard that the RC30-0248 could be a replacement model for my Razer)thanks all!!!(I’m in Chile, South America ...)

Hi, mid game this brand new razer viper v3 pro keeps disconnecting I have to connect it to the wire then remove it and it works again but this is a pain during gaming any fix or should I return it to the store ? and am I eligible for a replacement ?    I purchased this last week from Jarir Bookstore in Kuwait . Thanks

Hi everyone,I am looking for some help with my Razer Blade.Recently . while playing Fortnite,   my laptop completely froze. The screen was stuck, the system was unresponsive to any commands, and I had to force a hard shutdown to restart it.and i noticed that there was no overheating all was good the temp was around 60 c  

There is a problem with updating the firmware for my headset. I downloaded the updater, turned on the headphones, plugged in the dongle and the updater still never detects the headset. What could be the problem and the possible ways to solve it? Thanks in advance!

I need this controller to be able to use the touchpad function correctly.When i use the touchpad inside nightreign it will just act as a mouse which i dont want. i want to press it and then it will open the map like how it does with the old ps4 controller touchpad. I want to be able to actually use the touchpad function correctly

Seemingly all at once my Viper V3 Pro has started having both left, right and mouse 4 and 5 button issues.Its sticking down on all of them, but only after I would say 4 hours of use, but sometimes a little sooner.I have the latest firmware, this issue has been happening for around 2 months.

When I turn on my headphones, the "Low Battery" message keeps popping up, even though they're 100% charged. This goes on for about 10 minutes and then goes silent. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello! I am writing this to report that I am unable to register the razor kraken v4 x I purchased today. Thus, I can’t use the 7.1 feature.  

I bought this back in 2022, but haven't used my PC much. Started using my PC again lately and have downloaded Synapse 4, ever since then my ARGB controller is showing no sign of life. Has anyone had this problem, and can it be repaired? Or can i buy a replacement. This product seems like a lot of money for such little time i have used it and now it has failed after using a new system. Never had any issues with previous version of Synapse

Hi! I’ve tried everything to fix titled issues to be fair.Synapse does start. I can see that it managed to launch and just stays there minimised no matter what I do. That’s basically it - it’s not functioning. Tried to repair, uninstall and install and even dancing with drums failed.Speaking of stellaris issue: Game freezes my laptop on 30% load with 75% chance and reboot is the only option. This happens with aprox 50% if no razer apps are on and this never happens if I disconnect leviathan and my razer mouse. We’ve tried to go through this with stellaris support team and they are aware of this but can not do anything. There is even a forum page on this issue.All used software is the first available on the download page so basically the latest one. Chroma works fine.Hope I’ve described the issues understandable.
