Hello, I bought your headset, KRAKEN LITE, registered the Razer ID, received the code, but writes that it is incorrect. Help me what to do about it.

The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound. They are entirely different. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the activation code.
