I'm experiencing a double clicking issue with my Razer Basilisk (v1) that is annoying me to no end. Submitted a case via Razer Support close to a month ago but I've yet to receive a response to date. I know the pandemic has hit everyone hard and I'm trying to be as understanding as I can, but 1 month without a single response?
I've always thought people exaggerated Razer's bad service but it's another thing to finally experience it for myself. Wanted to know if anyone else is facing the same issue.
