When I start use of the Kiyo Webcam, I see a low level flashing rectangle move around the screen. After n number of seconds, the flashing rectangle disappears. If the webcam's target changes, like somebody stepping into the webcam's FOV, the flashing rectangle reappears for n number of seconds when n < 60. My guess is that this rectangle is a byproduct of an auto focus mechanism. So far I am only using the Windows 10 camera app and Synapse to gain some operational understanding of the Kiyo. Any idea where this flashing rectangle comes from? Is it transmitted in the video output signal or internal to my monitor?
