Hello, this seems to be a common problem and I’m genuinly sorry to be adding another thread about this but I’ve looked everywhere and still couldn’t solve the issue…
Like other people my bluetooth headphones keep disconnecting and reconnecting fairly frequently. I’ve ordered them about a year ago on the official website and have been having this issue more and more often for a few months now. I use them exclusively with my phone so I cannot say if the same issue happens when paired to a pc, but because I only use them with my phone I’m quite at a loss on what could be causing the issue as well as how to solve it. The disconnecting seems to happen at random, also the audio app detects the headset but fails to connect to it when it used to work fine before.
