KRAKEN KITTY BT EDITION RGB ISSUES

I'm having problems with the RGB lights in my headset, it is not synchronized in one color for example: left ear color: BLUE, then right ear color: PINK and the logos are also in different color even I'm just in Static Mode based in Audio app. And also, It has strange blinking, please help me with this.

Have you tried using a different RGB profile or using the headset on a PC with Synapse 3 for further isolation? Try to clear the cache/data of the Razer audio app. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you address the RGB issues of your headset.
