Last year I purchase the Razer Kraken Kitty headset for my girlfriend, and at first it was functioning properly but a month or two into use, it started cutting out and randomly disconnecting from her computer. We thought it might have been her computer's audio drivers or ports, but after doing some testing we discovered that only the headset was disconnecting. So after some more digging, we found that a defective batch of Kraken Kitty headsets were made and shipped out for sale and we seem to have unfortunately gotten one of these. The next go to step was obvious, file a case and wait. But the issue is that she threw away the box she received it in, and I don't have a copy of the receipt/proof of purchase. I also didn't have a razer account at the time because I wasn't expecting to encounter an issue like this.
Is there a way we can receive support without the information? Can they link a purchase made to my IP address or card number or anything?
