This morning my Kraken Headset stopped working. After reinstalling software and checking settings I discovered that the failure seems to be with the USB “block” that the headphone jack plugs into.

The audio is completely distored when the jack is completely pushed in, the only way that I can get the audio to work properly is to have the jack half way in. Even then a slight movement and the audio stops working again.

I have checked inside the hole and there is nothing blocking it or debris inside. Not sure where to go from here as the headphones have been great. Guessing the USB part has failed.

Any ideas.
